The spa was good, but sections were out of service, and the rest was very overcrowded. The gym was excellent and had plenty of space. The shower was good, definitely the high spot of the room!
SO HOT. Oh wow. I barely got any sleep, as the “air con” could only be set to heat above 22 degrees, and there was no window to open. The hotel was set up very much for the Russian market, and did not include many things that the British market would expect in a 4* hotel - no milk for tea in the room, no water provided, no robes or footwear for the spa / pool, no minibar, all bars / shops / restaurants closed by 2230. I requested a double bed, and emailed again to check before my stay, but received an email 3 days later - after checking in to my (twin bed) room requesting more details. The corridor I was on was fairly full, and the walls very thin. That said, the hotel was generally ok; it wasn’t dirty or especially unpleasant, but it wasn’t really 4*. Nor was it worth the money I paid (especially the extra £50 for a hotel advertising double beds rather than twin!!)...

The spa and the breakfast were amazing! Staff at the breakfast was super polite and active! Different saunas at the Spa were very nice and the pool area was overall quite good. Clean, quiet and modern rooms. Stayed in a superior room for 2. Nice walking distance to the old town.
Got an email before our stay about upgrading my room. Upgraded to a junior suite and got a confirmation about it. However, when we arrived, the upgrade was not possible. Totally fine with it, but the lady at the reception didn’t try to make it up to me in anyway. Also service at the reception was always SO slow. Same thing with the Spa reception, always felt like you were a burden. Bar at the Spa was never open, even if it was full of people.

Superior room was big enough and clean Gym is well equipped
Pillows are too big, it was not comfortable to sleep. No freedge, bathrobes, slippers in the room We received 2 bottles of water during check-in, to get more guests should pay. No room service. Restaurant couldn't handle big amount of people during breakfast and it was a problem to find a table, lots of them was not cleaned. We couldn't find a sign "do not distrib" in the room.

- Spa has a good set of facilities, it's nice in the early morning while still not crowded - Location not bad, walking distance to old Town
-Cleaning service is bad, some days they don't do cleaning alltogether, in days that they did clean there was dust left on floor so. Complained to reception a few times, situation did not improve. Train your staff please. 2/5 -Spa area is not monitored and not.l maintained. Some days there were people with glass beer bottles in pool area, nobody from staff to prevent that. Jacuzzi was broken for three days before I checked out. If you go at evening to salt sauna, you will find out that nobody replenishes the salt. They charge you for bath robes and slippers even though you stay in hotel. 3/5 - Room: There are maintenance work in hotel at 4th floor so they give the room on 2nd floor where you can hear the cars on the road outside. Bed pillows are very high. Aircon is not tuned good to reach selected temperature. Sleep quality was not the best. 2/5 - Staff unfriendly. 2/5
