Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
Good location. Staff very friendly. Nice room.
It was clean and represented france with it's traditional interior decorations. This was something we had wanted of places we visited and not just any hotel. Price was a bit steep considering distance from center was still quite a walk. quiet surroundings and clean. The distance from htoel to center of Strasbourg, which was the Cathedrale
Nice, quiet area but within walking distance of main attractions in Strasbourg France No on site restaurant
Very Comfortable Room This hotel is impossible to find with a car. a gps does not give accurate guidance and the hotel staff (knowing this fact) did not give adequate help. After arriving in the city I wasted over 2 hours getting my vehicle to the hotel entrance.
My friends and I stayed at the hotel on a girls weekend away. The staff were very courteous and helpful. it was in a great location, not too far from the old town centre and shopping areas and a very comfortable hotel. The value for money for a room to share was excellent, in our opinion.
Friendlyness of staff, spacy room, Lobby was narrow
Location, friendly staff Can't think of anything!
Staff was very accomodating. Accomodations were acceptable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent as it is 5-10 minutes walking distance from several attractions and shopping. I found my new romantic retreat. the room was too warm...hot. No restaurant
Large, attractive, clean room for a good price.
Very good, clean and friendly. Great location
Very friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms decorated to a good standard, location ok but is slightly out of town so could be a problem for some people. Should probably include breakfast for the price.
Close to the cíty
Central position, easy parking, wide room even for three persons
Price Noisy teenagers in ajoining rooms - however hotel staff we very quick to try and solve the issue
The hotel was wonderfull.
All staff members were very friendly and helpful from our arrival to departure. The rooms were immaculate and the self service breakfast offered good value and choice.
Staff was very nice. We liked that the location was just out of the tourist area but still within walking distance of the old city. no computer station for guest use
An excellent value! Most staff was very kind, some a bit chilly. The best aspect was the room -- it was spacious, clean, comfortable -- better than expected and worth being outside of centre ville. The breakfast was nice, too, in a very pleasant room. I would stay here again. There was no parking. Only by pure chance did we find a spot several blocks over...We probably put in 25 minutes searching. There was nothing in the area -- nothing. Paid parking nearby was long-term only for residents.
Very pleasant staff No
The double room which was provided was smaller than any single room that I have ever seen. There were no single wardrobe or a kind of shelf to put cloves and other stuff. All furniture included 1 bad+1 chair + small table+ 2 smallest bedside-tables and almost no space around. The room was absolutely not suitable for 2 people. I would not advice even a single traveller to stay there because many much nicer hotels might be booked for the same price in Strasbourg. I experienced this 1 year before. This booking I consider as an obvious mistake.
very pleasant staff creeky floorboards
hotel staff/location views from rooms
Good budget hotel conveniently located near downtown, friendly personnel. Hotel is located within walking distance from train/bus station and downtown. No iron in he room
Breakfast room Bedroom was extremely small and cramped, not well furnished and overlooking concrete jungle
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Also, good location. no
Good car parking, comfortable bed. Very helpful staff very dated decor, old furniture but it was inexpensive
That there were no formalities on arrival e.g. filling out forms etc., that it was easy to find on exiting the motorway and that the parking was in a locked courtyard
