Location amazing, comfortable rooms, air conditioning great, extremely clean and rooms cleaned quickly, helpful and friendly staff, 2 sepearate blankets is great idea, mini fridge useful, staff allowed late checkout and provided plug adapter, staff provided great information on tours and resteraunts. Staff arranged private travel to and fro airport. Staff assisted with arranging medical attention during my stay. Authentic Italian experience
No bath in room, didnt enjoy breakfast foods available, music in breakfast room was annoying
