Reef Oasis Beach Resort

Food was nice, better than expected. Massage centre was great. Beach is situated on a fantastic coral reef which staff tried to care of (some customer education could go a long way). Some staff are excellent, paying us close attention and going the extra mile. They cleaned everything thoroughly, all the time, there were always guys cleaning something. Security is taken seriously enough, with access to the resort being restricted to unnecessary taxis, individuals etc. Rooms were large enough, comfortable, clean and quiet. The place was busy but not overcrowded in Sept/Oct (side note, weather was good in this period). The dive centre is good, with an eco focus.

Wifi was limited, I don’t mind not having wifi in rooms, but it was very slow at peak times in common areas, don’t expect to work easily if needed. As mentioned, some staff are excellent, others are excellent after a tip, which is counter to my preference, good job first. At reception, it seems like it takes 3 people to do one job, even if 5 people are waiting. Waiter services during food times is patchy, with waiters asking one table for a drinks order, then walking past us. Time tables are variable, you get kicked out of the pools or sea (yes, SEA!!?) at sunset, not the specified closing time, opening time for the pizza bar means they start cleaning, not serving. The information ‘pack’, one sheet of paper with a hazy map, was difficult to use, we never found one restaurant and one was never open while we were there. Create a better, clearer, information pack, with customer education, don’t touch corals, don’t feed fish etc.

The REEF is the best thing here! Beach is also good and sandy..bit crowded. Towel boys are professional and sweet, ty. Room size huge

Need fitness to move around... resort huge and high. Jetty to reach the reef very useful but needs renewal. For arabs take care no (shatafa) in the room...one and only in Egypt!! Sentido hotel can join u, u can't join them!!! Getting an electric car is difficult..don't depend! No outside shuttle

Taxi did notv enter to hotel only in front gate it was far away to my room waiting golf car ..animation team they was good but need more member as they only 5 so very short program from 9:30 to 10:30 so evry day I toke my family to go around sharm .
