Hotel Romanico Palace

the decoration was lovely ....very italian ,very comfortable...... bar area was relaxing

the roof top breakfast resturant was lovely .....but there was not enough staff .....so certain foods run out and they were slow refilling coffee etc ....breakfast was disappointing

Good breakfastbuffet, very nice room and a very helpfull hotel staff. The hotel is placed very central and easy to came around by bus

The other hotels were so good and after a wonderful stay at Hotel Athenium in Florence we were thoroughly disappointed. The rooms were not cleaned till evening and one day it was not cleaned at all. Also on calling the front desk was told the rooms that have been vacated for new guests to check in will be given a priority and ofcoures they did not clean the room that day. Thoroughly disappointing experience

The hotel staff was very rude, not helpful at all. The rooms were small for the price we paid. The bathroom was small and small things like a place to hang towels or keep clothes were missing. The third bed was in front of the bathroom door. The rooms smelled stale.

The air conditioning worked wonderfully.

The staff was rude, not helpful, did not deliver messages to me that were left on several occasions, treated you like you were lucky they were even willing to acknowledge you. The rooms were incredibly small. I got a triple, and the room was the same size as everyone else's double, they just put in a bed in a position that made it impossible to navigate the room.
