Very small rooms. Elevators were extremely small that only one to two people can fit at a time. Free complimentary breakfast was awful. Food was not fresh and it tasted like the food was reheated.

So comfortable, we went back for a second stay
The staff was amazing-so friendly and helpful. Our favorite part of our stay was the breakfast (included with your stay). It was incredible and absolutely delicious with lots of choices with trays of cappuccinos coming around every few minutes. We loved it!

We loved that we were very close to the train station termini. Location was great as was the staff
We had a situation where our initial rooms bathroom smelled like sewage, the staff was quick to action and poured something down the drains, the smell did not pass so we asked for a room change and the staff again was very responsive and addressed our needs
