The location
Friendly and helpful staff
extra for TV. Miles from anywhere/location. Internet only in reception.
Comfortable, good value for maney and nice breakfast
No internet connection in the rooms, which is pitty when you travel for business.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is really bad (we saw a lot of prostitution around our hotel) - returning from the city to the hotel will take about 45 minutes (metro, bus, walk) to what seems to be the poorest and most ghetto-y suburb of Rome. We had to clean our own table in the morning and most mornings plates, cutlery, drinks, bread, etc. weren't provided at the breakfast buffet. The shuttle bus is shared with another hotel - too many people for a little bus with only 16 seats causes a lot of tension. Not worth your money!
Tidy, friendly staff
Internet/tv facilities, only Italian, expensive; Poor connection to bus/metro
nice hotel to fare of matro station to city center, and city texi very expensive and good worth to stay there but outside of city center and more less good, breakfast iteams very good and enjoying family, need of guidence of in english like matro station and bus stop
nothing
the hotel was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable
the staff was rude. the hotel was in a bad neighborhood and there were condoms on the ground in the street and needs used for drug use as well. The hotell was far away from down town and it was advertised as being close to the center of town. I realize that some of this is beyond the control of the hotel but these were my observations.
The breakfast was great. Plenty of selection, from pastries, to hot eggs. The room was massive, as was the bathroom, and very clean. The staff were helpful, and there was a safety deposit box downstairs at reception for our valuables. I'ts a cheap hotel, but having been there and stayed there, I'd say put your hand in your pocket and get someplace nearer to town, if you're looking for something good on a tight budget then this place is good.
It's a bit far away from everything, there's a shuttle bus from th hotel but that stops at 11pm so you're restricted froma tiem point of view. There were a few hookers crawling around near the hotel aswell. We didn't get half enough towels, we had to ask for more, Rome is a very hot place, you're going to want to take at least two showers a day, they should gvie you enough towels for two people, not for one person like they did for us, we had to ask them for more in the end, and they were a bit iffy about giving them to us.
Hotel facilities were good….I must say Shuttle drivers were excellent in their behaviour and quite helpful
Unfortunately not much professional attitude at the reception desk was found
comfort & quiet
non aircon shuttle w/out luggage compartment; shower door unfixed, slow draining sink. no english TV movies.
First of all, the hotel is too far away from the Rome that you want to visit. That was not made clear. Second, the bus doesn't leave you at the hotel. One must walk with suitcases in a not very nice part of town. Third, my room had a cigarette smell that made me sick.
