The location of this property is spot on! The reception staff were very helpful
They never replenished the tea/coffee etc in the room. We were there for 9 nights and it was only on day 5 that they replaced the tea etc (after using it on day 1). The floor in the room was in desperate need of a good clean too

Rooftop pool and spa closed, without anybody letting us know in advance. The main reason we went there.

The views from the room we absolutely spectacular. I requested a room with a view of copacabana when I booked and that is exactly what I got so I have to say in that sense, the hotel were spot on. Alex in reception was very professional and accommodating.
The rooftop pool was closed for refurbishment. This was a big deal for us as it's one of the main reasons we booked to stay here. Concierge staff were not overly helpful and at times rude. The hotel is dated and rooms are quite small and definitely not Hilton standard. Bathroom very small and cabin like. Wi-Fi not great.
