The guys at the bar especially Marcelo was particularly helpful. a great barman. Breakfast was one of the best buffet I've had. Pool was nice. The hotel itself is a lovely new environment.
I think the guys at reception came across a bit rude and a little patronising as if they didn't like us checking into this hotel. The location isn't the best. Yes it seems a safe area. But theres nothing within walking distance apart from a mall that sells mainly Brazilian/S.American brands.

Staff extremely professional , nice buffet for breakfast and quite good restaurant . Ratio quality/cost excellent , roof top pool is cute!
Unfortunately is a bit far way from rio down town (but close to stunning beaches outside it)

What a nice place. Best Hilton I’ve stayed in. Amazing staff. Great cocktails. Amazing rooftop pool. Just what we needed after a long flight.
