From the time of checking in till check out every person we came in touch with was not only professional but they gave a homely feeling to us. We forgot the name of the restaurant manager/sommelier who is a local from Amalfi coast itself, made the wine n bites session and the rest of the evening over dinner delightful for us!

Front desk was not very friendly. We had to wait an hour for our room but didn’t tell us what they were doing or how long it was going to take. Then they took us to a room with no view and we had to upgrade for 40 extra euros to get a nice room
