The staff was great and accommodated our booking error. The room looked great.
The shower didn't work well, and it was too noisy at night. The drunks and traffic go full bore well into the early hours--this is probably a problem where ever you might stay in Pompei.

Breakfast and rubbish service.no choice.staff kept putting food on the table.it was stale and sitting for days.same food out each morning from day before.staff did not grasp English well.difficult to request exact.no English TV and dead reception.

Great convenient location to the Pompei gates.
Had to go outside down the street to a little coffee bar for breakfast. Nothing was served in hotel. Woman who checked us in was not friendly and didn’t give any orientation to the room. Rest of staff very helpful and responsive.

Location near Pompeii ruins.
Staff appeared to have limited knowledge of their own area; for example, could not identify a restaurant 2 blocks away that former staff (7 years ago) personally introduced us to, instead suggesting unknown restaurants across town. Breakfast is at a local pub; though breakfast was good, the fact that it is a 3-block walk MUST be revealed in listing. On requesting that a taxi be called, desk person refused to call a cab, insisting on knowing where we would be going, then offering a staff person to drive us there (for a slightly higher fee than probable cab fare). In listing, all reviews with negative comments reflect the situation; positive comments we did not find to be correct. Photos in listing are misleading and those showing breakfast are dishonest.
