We loved the location, the super nice private beach, the big pool area and all overall the whole resort. Really nice. Facilities were all good, nice big gym and spacious, very clean rooms. Staff always helpful and friendly. It was super quiet and relaxing, and still just from 10min from Patong way.
The breakfast wasn’t quite the stranded I expected for such a great resort. Choices were a bit limited and sometimes waiting times were too long for example at the egg cooking stations. The WiFi in the room sometimes was unsteady and the hair dryer was very weak.

Cleaning was just terrible! We had to call somebody to do it. Left room 11 Am. Return back 16:00. No cleaning! Nobody every brought new tooth brush. 7 days! No change. Shampoo changed 2 times for 7 days! Looks like poor 3 star hotel! Didn’t expect from Lemeridian. After check our charged credit card more 100 usd without permission. Feel really upset (((
