Everything was perfect

The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was excellent and the position of the hotel is perfect!

We stayed on a half board basis but we had to pay for wine with dinner, all the other hotels we've stayed in wine is included with the meal.

The relaxation room with steam room and sauna where great, the whole hotel its self was beautiful, very relaxing vibe the Christmas decorations looked beautiful. Unfortunately we missed breakfast. But the staff on reception were very helpful showing us bus routes and directions and helping with other queries

We had 3 flaws. I booked this as a suprise birthday weekend for my mum her birthday is Christmas day, we stayed in room 125 which yes was a lovely room however from the photo's of the hotel I expected a beach view room instead of staring straight out to another hotel, the fridge in the room was hot, so all the drinks we bought where hot and the milk went solid over night. The wooden divider wall between the bedroom and the bathroom had wooden panels missing so you could see straight into the bathroom, where the shower and toilet have glass doors. Giving you zero privacy, like I said I was sharing a room with my mother! And this was a very Pervy room. Also the bargirl on the Saturday when we arrived she was very nice and polite, we were told on arrival that the bar was open until 11pm as all of the surrounding bars where shut as it's December we decided to go have some drinks to celebrate my mum's birthday we went down to the bar at 9:30 and the girl very rudely told us she was shutting even though there was people in there drinking, then told us if we wanted a drink we must pay now drink straight away and leave, so we ordered 1 drink each she rolled her eyes sighed and said I would like to go home to! I appreciate that and I get they work hard but I've spent alot of money trying to make this a special weekend for my mum, and like I said we were told 11pm so we were not expecting her attitude.

Everything was excellent. From the initial greeting. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were extremely polite and fluent in English.
