Everyone was friendly - the breakfast was very good the facilities were clean. I stayed two nights. When I got back to the hotel the second night, it was late, and when I opened the door, I saw that Housekeeping did not clean the room. I went down to the front desk and they gave me some towels and coffee packets for the morning.
It was very clean. Big room, very comfortable. Breakfast need to be improve.
Clean and affordable. Rooms were very large.
Really enjoyed the large clean room and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was good to start off the day! Will come again

Big rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, hot full breakfast. Some variety in the breakfast and longer breakfast hours would be nice. The maid took one of my key cards that are used to turn on and maintain the lights and AC. Several Lamps were not plugged in, one had nowhere to plug it in...
I liked the comfort. The pillows aren't as steady and fluffy as the used to be. Not enough pillows on the bed. I had to request a room change, because ants were in our room. The irons were not operable. The first room, we had to request an iron. The replaced iron did not work. When we moved to the second room, due to ants, the iron of that room did not work. We had to end up going out to buy an iron. Room service was not good. The service took forever to show up, if they showed up. This has never happened, in my year and a half of dealing with Azure. Azure has always been responsible in the past.
We stayed in a king spa tub studio. The room was spacious, clean, stocked and all furniture was comfortable. Housekeeping observed the do not disturb sign for 2 nights and were easy to reach for anything we needed, Wendy at the front desk was a real pleasure, we were greeted with a sincere smile, a smooth fast and thorough cheek-in Thank You.

nada Made reservation for two nights. Called the front desk during the morning of my arrival date. Told front desk that I would be checking in late. Front desk said no problem. Front desk proudly said, "We do not cancel reservations!" I went to a gathering with friends. I had a midnight snack and enjoyed the food. I was in no rush, as my room at the Azure was waiting for me. I walked to the front desk, and the time was about 2:45 a.m. This was now into my first night stay, which was paid. I talk to Graveyard Roy, give him my id card, and tell him that I have a room, reservation for two nights. Roy told me that he completed an audit at 2:30 a.m, and that he cancelled my reservation, because I had not checked in. Graveyard Roy cancelled both nights! It had only been 15 minutes since Roy cancelled my room(s), so I simply asked Graveyard Roy to check me in, using the reservation he just cancelled. Graveyard Roy started pushing computer keyboard keys, clicking mice, and kept looking from one computer monitor to another. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe Roy was helping the nearby air traffic control tower, and landing jets. Nope. Graveyard Roy was lost! I heard the GPS navigation system in Roy's head continually say, "Re-Routing". I saw Roy scrambling, and heard him say aloud, "Lets see, lets see, lets see...." I had to finally leave the poor guy alone, and I walked away and out. The whole time hearing keyboard keys a clacking and mice a clicking. Pop Quiz,..Why does Roy hold a position on the Graveyard shift? Answer in the form of a question. Bye.
The breakfast was great! Good location for the Fontana Races Things were held together with tape, we expected the planes but didn't know there would be a couple trains that went by late at night.
The staff was great! They were very helpful, attentive, and had great customer service. I liked that we got switched to a room close to a door on the first floor. my girlfriend has MS, so a long walk and stairs were too much for her at the end of the day. Unfortunately,there were some things that caught my attention. First off when my girlfriend and I were going to goto sleep. The sheets were stained, we called to see if they can send house keeping or switch our rooms. We chose to just have house keeping come, since we were all the way at the end of the hotel and didn't want to walk to the desk. She has MS and at the end of the day her legs aren't very strong, so the walk would of been a struggle for her. It took about 30 mins for house keeping to come and change the sheets. I also noticed that the doors had patches of different colored paint, rust in the basket in the tub and the mirror was cracked on the closet. Also, went to get water from the machines. The signs said the was a vending machine by the corner, but there were none there. Ended up walking all the way to the lobby, surprised the hotel didn't have a little store by the front desk like other hotels.
Kayaks rate was close to what this Radisson was worth. I was very disappointed in this Radisson. They hallways smelled of mildew and there was black mold in my bathroom. Seems like this would be something that would be checked before assigning it to someone.

Friendly staff and nice big room. We booked about 15 minutes before we got there and the transaction was easy! Close to the freeway and quiet. Very pleased!
Helpful and friendly staff when I checked in and out. I was counting on the restaurant being open on time. It wasn't and I was forced to have breakfast on the road. I chose not to eat any other meals there.

Comfortable, quite, slept well and the morning breakfast was great and delicious. Customer service was outstanding. The girl at the front desk Brianna was very friendly and helpful.
Very convenient for Ontario airport. Friendly staff. Had penthouse loft. Very comfortable beds. Stairs are tight if carrying suitcases.

The room was clean. A neat tidy set up and very spacious. As soon as I arrived they wouldn't let me check in at 3.. had to wait extra. Did not like that check out time was at 11am.
Great bed! Clean comfortable room with a good breakfast and location. I would stay here again.

Nothing. Location outside was fine, but the Red Roof Inn in itself was very dirty. The place has contracts with different trucking companies so, if you are a self traveler like I was being a woman then you might want to stay somewhere else. I paid for a room that had stained, smelly bed sheets, some man's underwear under my bed, a girl's hair tie on the bed, and fecal matter stuck on the toilet. I had to leave that night I was so grossed out. My suggestion don't stay there.
It was easy to get to. It was close to the airport. It had restaurants within walking distance. I'm a single woman. The parking lot (all in the back) is very dark. It is also close to a train track. I was apprehensive about having to leave my room at 4:30 in the morning with poor lighting, construction "stuff" around and trees that skewed what little light there was.
