the hotel is close to Neuperlach Sud station, cozy room, the breakfast is tasty...good coffee, the personnel from reception is friendly and willing to solve your issues
the sheets were not changed during the entire stay although we requested it, some rooms are having glass door to the bathrooms which are not properly closing, therefore we requested to change the room. In the first room we had the air flow system was not working properly, therefore it was a little bit cold during the night

the breakfast was plentiful, extra honey spleen, lots of fruits, locally made eggs, and Fantastic HOT CHOCOLATE, and baked goods !!! The dinner options were too tight and overpriced but tasted delicious! It was a pleasant appetizer snack surprise! everything is easily accessible by metro which is close !!!
