The location of the hotel was amazing - right next to the main station and tube lines. It was only a short 10 min walk into town. Inside the hotel it was very quirky. We went for a large room and I’m thankful as I’d hate to see the size of a small room! I liked that the hotel offered a lot of facilities you wouldn’t normally get, bbc1 and bbc2, speakers, a bag, etc. All in all I loved this hotel and the reception staff were really friendly. Location was the biggest plus!
I didn’t like how the double bed was two singles put together. On our final day we got rudely interpreted at 8:30 by the housekeeping staff trying to tidy our room. This was only an issue on the last day which made me feel like I was being hurried out. I would hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else on their stay as it is extremely rude and not an appropriate time. I should note that the rest of the staff (bar and reception) were extremely friendly and were great with knowledge about how to get around the city.

The design was a surprise. The size of the room was good. The sauna and the gym a plus. Very comfy position of the hotel.
Food at the Nini restaurant was unpleasant, no room service, the room was very dark, at the first floor facing the air conditioning system. Need to ask for cleaning under the bed due to a huge leak of cleaning since long time. Price for breakfast insane.

The hotel location was very good!
The bathroom had a drain like / damp smell unfortunately. The hotel has a lovely bar but unfortunately they open the bar up to the public (and it gets totally rammed and is very very loud). Unfortunately, this bar is not prioritised for hotel guests which was very disappointing. The hotel were quite happy to tell us to wait an hour for a seat at the bar, and let other members of the public use it instead (who we had to join the queue behind). We felt this was poor service and that more priority should be given to guests staying at the hotel as the bar area is the ONLY communal space at the hotel. Therefore, we wouldn't return to the hotel again, and instead feel this is more like a b&b with a public bar, not a hotel. We suggest management reflect on how they treat hotel guests, otherwise, like us, they won't return.
