Pros: Staff was very friendly and kind. Greeted us warmly and asked how everything was when we saw them.
Room was clean and well maintained
Cons: The little pillows on the beds. I would have liked the room to be stocked with full size pillows, though I'm sure one would have provided had I just asked (staff was great). I didn't think I would mind it too much, but I found them to be uncomfortable in the middle of the night and at that point I was tired so I just dealt with it.
Pros: Load of laundry went quickly.
Pros: This place is such a great value. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms look recently updated with nice modern décor. Great selection of complimentary toiletries. While I didn't see or hear any other dogs, this place was incredibly dog-friendly. There were several nice large gravel/grass areas for breaks, and didn't even charge us for them! This place is easily worth twice what their nightly rate. AWESOME PLACE!
Pros: Everything are good and expected.
Cons: Bed in the room is soft to get up.
Pros: The rooms were very clean and modern , the staff was very nice, I did not expect such a nice hotel for the price I paid
Pros: Was very clean and newly remodeled. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Smells very old and musty.

Pros: Room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating to my needs. Convenient as it is very close to the Montrose airport. I highly recommend this hotel. I will come back again
Pros: The staff was very informative, helpful, and couldn't be nicer. We were given soft drinks and snacks for the evening as this was our first stay here, offered suggestions for local dinner options, made a bag with breakfast items as we had to leave very early before the breakfast buffet began, and they shuttled us to the airport, which is easily a walkable distance. Pros: The hotel was located close enough to downtown to walk. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Good coffee!
Cons: The entertainment center took up half the room and was very odd. We didn't have complaints per se, but I felt the room was a little on the pricey side.
Pros: Clean room. Everything works. I used both the microwave and the small fridge. Desk person made an excellent recommendation for dinner (Viva Mexico). Though the breakfast (cold cereal, juice, coffee) is minimal, anything at all for breakfast at this price is a plus. I had an OJ to start the day, and then did breakfast at the Daily Bread.
An outstanding value.
Cons: Internet a bit flakey. Room is worn.
Pros: Breakfast was yummy!
Cons: Space was a bit cramped but it was with the squeeze for saving $$ and staff were friendly & cared about our comfort during our stay - very responsive to requests / questions

Cons: Our experience was not pleasant! they gave us king rooms knowing how many were in our part then tried to kick us out saying it was against policy. We ended up paying even MORE to get a different room. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody!
Pros: the afternoon/evening desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: The morning desk clerks (resident owners?) acted like they were bother to help i any way. They ignored a ringing phone and were put off by having to make another pot of coffee. Why provide breakfast if it is a problem.
Cons: The staff was rude. They wanted to charge us $40 to upgrade to 2 double be Breakfast was terrible (raw eggs and sausages in Tupperware on a counter by a microwave and stale bagels). Non smoking room smelled of smoke and people smoked on the common balcony
Cons: The staff charged us above our reservation. They put us in occupied rooms. They messed up our 2nd reservation. They were not prepared for breakfast.
Pros: The mattress was comfortable .
Cons: The folks running it need serious help with customer relations. Their bedside manner is no good. I understand that foreigners have an extra few hurdles to jump over , but these lazy bums have placed unnecessary hurdles in their path . breakfast needs help
Pros: Handy access on the highway. Continental Breakfast was not spectacular, but adequate. Very good value for the room price.
Pros: Nice lobby and helpful staff.

Pros: Very nice room
Cons: Getting on the main road

Cons: The top of the stairs to my room was super slick from ice and I nearly fell. The rooms are quite dark.
Pros: Hotel employee was great to work with at check -in she is the reason i would go back to hotel
Pros: cheap, close driving to main street (goto Green Cupboard) or big box stores or national park, spacious, manager is nice
Cons: no hot tub, pool is outside and was drained, need to drive to everything, breakfast is all cold and crummy, have to call to get help (no one ever in office), no screen on window, looks semi-run down

Pros: Staff was very friendly, I want to really appreciate the gentleman who was running the breakfast bar, he was very attentive and friendly. Bed was clean, fresh sheets and towels. Pet friendly, $10 per pet per night.
Cons: Small details of room: shower head looked like it was about to fall out, carpet didn't look very well vacuumed, AC struggled to keep the room cool.
Pros: We liked the breakfast with several items, the pool, the double sheets and multiple pillows, the computer easily available, but most of we really appreciated the service. Both desk persons were fabulous. Angelique upon our arriVal was helpful, prompt, and even got us a mechanic for our car troubles; on our checkout Gabby was so helpful and supportive of our predicament when a rental car was not available to us till way past checkout time. She made sure we were the last room cleaned and helped us store our luggage and kept offering to help us. This was a challenging situation for us and she did everything she could to alleviate the stress for us.
The lobby and decor was inviting,
Cons: The air conditioner was quite noisy but didn't seem to be able to be regulated or even turned off.
Pros: Very clean and quiet. Especially friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was quiet.
Cons: Carpet had not been vacuumed. Bathtub had a good amount of hair collected at the drain. Room did not see housekeeping after first night.
Pros: The rate was attractive, male check in clerk was helpful
Cons: The breakfast was much less than satisfactory, 6oz coffee cups and had to walk to a separate room to refill then go back to breakfast room to get milk/cream to put in. 5 inch plates for a 10 inch waffle does not work, hard to eat cereal without spoons.
Cons: Room was open/unlocked when we checked in ?? No toilet paper; no pillow cases (later provided per our request) There was no place to hang clothes at all Will never stay at this hotel again!
Pros: Great employees. Very helpful. Good value.
Cons: Small sink.
Pros: That they had a coffee bar at all hours and a wonderful breakfast bar
Cons: It was New Years Eve and there was drunk people pounding on doors and being loud our hall was right by the front desk and they didn't stop this. My family and I had to stay due to frozen pipes and my children had a hard time sleeping.
