Pros: The location is incredible. We felt like we were in the heart of Granada without being at the epicenter. You can walk to the Catedral de Granada, the Albaicin and the Alhambra (although that is steep and you might want to taxi). Even without those amazing sites the plazas and winding streets are charming and enough for any tourist. The Hotel is beautiful. One modern building and one classic. Both are kept up. We stayed in the modern building and looked upon the classic. It was done in a way that didn't distract from either building. The staff is friendly. If you've rented a car then you can park it for a small fee.
Cons: The Food & Beverage department appears to be severely understaffed. The staff works hard but they seem frazzled and their scope of work seems to be too large - indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar tending and bussing.

Pros: Staff was great & very helpful. Included breakfast delivered to room was excellent and timely.
Pros: New remodeled room with nice toiletries. Location was very convenient. Quiet.
Cons: Breakfast was delivered so you couldn't refill coffee. But this was minor and overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: The best thing about staying at the hotel was free internet acces, the courtyard, easy acces to the centre of the city. Free mini bar was good
Cons: There was no music channel availabe through the tv. No cd player or radio to listen too. The safey deposit box should be in the room with a coded box. The sauna facilites were good but a swimming pool would have bene better. No tea and coffe facilites availabe in the room.
Pros: The reason I selected Santa Paula was because the Hotel is in a 14 th century house , convent., medieval courtyard and the location.Unfortunately I did not receive the rooms I requested (courtyard view). I was not told the "type" of rooms I reserved were not located on the courtyard. Very frustrating. We revived every day in the Turkish Bath and sauna. The staff were helpful .
Cons: Your descriptions and prices are extremely misleading. The reason I selected The ac Santa Paula was because the Hotel is in a historic building with a medieval courtyard + location.I Specifically requested a court yard room .I specifically requested 2 rooms on the court yard. We received 2 tiny new rooms in a new wing I did not know existed. The staff informed me the rooms I reserved were not on the court yard! Why did not some one inform me upon my reservation. The next morning the gracious staff moved our belongings to rooms facing the courtyard. They did not inform us that the court yard (not on the court yard level but facing the court yard) rooms were not the same rate I had been quoted substantially $$. Very frustrating experience.
Pros: We were upgraded to the older section of the hotel which was very quiet. The room was very spacious and nicely appointed. Last few nights in Spain, thought we would splurge. Hotel recommended some excellent restaurants.
Pros: excellent service, helpful front desk, great location, knowledgeble about restaurants, etc
Pros: Fabulous hotel layout with good food selection for breakfast. Location is great for access to Alhumbra. Hotel is a converted monastery so had lots of space and many interesting alcoves to explore. Very clean and well serviced except for drinks waiter who 'forgot' to serve us more than one drink.
Cons: Very poor drinks service in the lounge
Pros: style of hotel and convenient position
Pros: perfect location, nice room
Cons: expensive, especially meal services
Pros: very well situated
Pros: Central Location, friendly staff
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, well positioned hotel, excellent bathroom with huge bath, free minibar, we had free coffee every morning ordered through room service.
Cons: Only 1 english speaking tv channel - CNN.

This iconic palatial upscale hotel inspired by the Alhambra itself is a faithful representation of revived tradition and high-end European hospitality. Culture, pleasure, elegance and aristocracy come together in this historic hotel which was a pioneer of tourism in Spain and Andalusia. It features 126 comfortable, outward-facing junior suites and double rooms, each with its own unique charm. It also boasts unforgettable views of the romantic city of Granada or the corners of the beautiful Alhambra woods.
Pros: Good location within walking distance of most major attractions.
Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms only works from May - sometime in the fall. So even though it was 30 degrees C outside in April, the rooms couldn't be cooled off without opening the windows. However the street noise makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. Hotel mgmt said there was nothing they could do about this. We were told "it's winter....". I just find it strange that the lobby was air conditioned & cool, but the rooms couldn't be. Also if you're bringing a car please note the parking garage is a very tight fit.
Granada Center puts you in a great location, within a 15-minute walk of San Jeronimo Monastery and Granada Cathedral. There's an indoor pool and a poolside bar, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer 24-hour room service and plasma TVs.
Pros: The hotel itself and our room were very nice. The hotel is in a good location, not far from restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good. We had laundry done at the hotel and, while it was quite expensive, they did a nice job and gave us a quick turnaround time.
Cons: One hotel desk clerk was rather condescending when we inquired about tickets to visit the Alhambra. The clerk who checked us in the previous evening assured us that we could get tickets in the morning through the hotel. All we needed to do was go down to the desk and they'd make the arrangements. In spite of his discouragement, we took our chances and went to the Alhambra and enjoyed a visit there.

Pros: LocationFriendly service and knowledgeable
This was perfect for what we wanted to do in Granada. We walked to the Alhambra and never needed a car. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and gave me info about shipping items that I had bought back to the US. Comfortable place.
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive.
Hotel Anacapri offers a fantastic location, putting you just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Nueva and Granada Cathedral. You can grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café or wind down at the end of the day with a drink from the bar/lounge. Nice touches like deep soaking tubs and memory foam beds with Egyptian cotton sheets are offered up in all rooms.
Pros: Came to visit some friends that were already familiar with the area.
-cleaniess of the room
-staff members were great
-close to all the cafes, tapas, restaurants and shops
-next to the bus stop to see the Alhambra
Cons: -there are a few signs for the hotel but it could use some more as there are no major streets to it. That's about it.

The White Nest, Granada is a good place to stay for backpackers and budget travelers in Andalusia. Great facilities and an excellent location near the city’s historic attractions make it one of the best Granada guest houses. The White Nest is a new guest house in a traditional 17th century Andalusian building that has been recently restored. Its south side has views of the Alhambra over the Darro River. The front desk is open 24 hours a day with a multilingual staff, which can arrange tours and store luggage. The communal kitchen has microwaves, kettles, and other cooking equipment, and the adjacent dining room seats 50. Guests can watch TV, listen to music, or join others for a movie in the lounge. There are also computers with internet access and a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The guest house is located in Granada’s historic Albayzín neighbourhood (sometimes written as Albaicín or Albacyn ). This area on a hill on the right bank of the Darro River is the ancient Moorish quarter of the city. The White Nest is in close proximity to the Archaeological Museum of Granada ( Museo Arqueológico y Etnológico de Granada ), housed in the 16th century Renaissance palace called the Castril Palace. A 10 minute walk to the north of the guest house, up the hill, the Plaza of St. Nicholas offers stunning views of the Alhambra. The legendary Moorish palace and its counterpart, the Generalife palace and gardens, are approx. 2.5 km/1.6 miles from the White Nest, on the opposite side of the river.
Pros: I was in a rush when I first came to check in. One of the staff said he would take care of the bags and I could finish my check in when I returned. When we returned a few hours later, check was quick and bags were delivered to our room. Then when we needed help once again at the front desk someone assisted us right away and got us the information we needed. Customer service was excellent. Water pressure was great too. Location was really close to everything. About 5 minute drive from Alhambra.
Cons: Found a few hairs in the bathroom that were not ours (sink, bathtub). Standard Room was a bit small with our bags opened up and the washroom was tight as well. We were there on a Friday night and stayed up pretty late but when we decided to call it a night, we could still here a lot of noise from the street. Disadvantage of being in such a good location close to everything.
Pros: Very nice hotel in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything.
Cons: A lot of street noise n mattress was very hard not the luxury mattresses you would expect in this type of hotel. But I would certainly stay here again.
Pros: Apart from the windowless room issue, this is a nice hotel in a good location, right at the edge of the old city.
The hotel has a parking at the adjacent building, but it can fill up very quickly on busy periods, so it's worth checking beforehand for alternate parking (very few garages around the old city) .
Cons: Reserved a standard room, but when I arrived at the hotel (on a very busy weekend), it turned out, to my surprise, that my room didn't even have a window (there was something that looked like a window, but it wasn't a window and couldn't be opened). Given that the A/C was working only on heat, there was no way to air the room which was pretty hot, and the hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't move me to a different room.
I would've thought that a minimum requirement for a room in a 4-starts hotel is to have a window. Turns our I was wrong.
