Piazza Duca D'Aosta 4/6, Milan, Lombardy
0.1 km from
Convenient location right by central train station.
The lovely fruit and sweets when we returned to our room. The location was not near the sites we were interested in seeing.
Great location just outside the central station and metro at the end of the street. Complimentary tea/coffe/water/snacks in the lounge. Great breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. nothing.
for milano good price adn for italy not bad breakfast the room was very small and old furnished...
Super clean, modern rooms. Obviously on the smaller side because duh, European. Slept like a baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby is a really nice place to hang out. Can't think of any big downsides, maybe choose a room not facing the street because of late night ambulances blaring their way into your dreams.
Location The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.
Great location, great breakfast, wifi works well. Pretty good experience Didn't know there was city tax to pay for every night at the check out other than the reservation charges online. Just some unexpected expense.
the staff where wonderful and particularly the bell desk boys..!
All the staff were nice and polite Spotless rooms - cleaned x2/day Attention to detail Top quality food Loved the chauffeur service to the town centre (free service x3/hr!) Will definitely stay there again NA
for us not much was positive about this hotel unfortunately, we would definitely not go to this hotel ever again overpriced for five star hotel, poor hygiene in jacuzzi (growing mold on the side), tv did not work at first, nothing included in the initial room rate, exorbitant extra costs like 120 euros per night for pets (!!!), 22 euros or more per day for simple internet use, reception then also tried to charge us 20 euros extra per day for the already included buffet breakfast (the excuse was that american breakfast costs more than the continental breakfast, which was not advertised on the internet), taxi and concierge staff at the hotel entrance making fun and jokes about hotel clients in italian (unfortunately we understand italian very well...), tiny rooms, car key is taken away with or without the hotel client's permission and car is far away.
Location right next to Central train station, and not far from city centre. Modern, clean, comfortable. Great staff. great value.
Hot drink making facilities, comfortable clean bed, bath as well as shower. no English speaking facilities on TV also pay films for UK travellers are old. CNN was not working nor Bloomburg which is free not able to be viewed could not get latest news.
The Westin was the 3rd hotel we stayed at in Milan after the first hotel (a boutique) being a massive disappointment and the second hotel trying to double the price on the second day. Arriving at the Westin you are greeted with old world luxury and modern amenities. Staff were superb, bed lovely, location impeccable. As a soiled gal from Manhattan- this met and exceed expectations!
the location is good because it is near the center of the city the room was not comfortable and I complained about the noise that disturbed me
Great rooms, good breakfast, close to central train station and bus shuttle. Excellent all around.
Convenient location. Breakfast room is very small for the size of hotel.
Beautifully decorated room. Well located near the train station though the sign board outside by the side of the road could be bigger. Will stay at UNA hotel on my next trip to Itay Please replace the roadside sgn board to something bigger and prominent.
We were forced to book an additional room because we had a 3 year old baby with us while the booking site did not have the kids option. The additional room is even more expensive onsite while the hotel had low occupancy rate due to the season. Many restaurants nearby were closed as well due to the low season. No accommodation whatsoever for family travel. Don't recommend anyone this hotel if you might have any accommodation required. Or maybe their priority is just money, not the reputation or repeating business. So one and done for me.
Good Clean, Pleasent staff,Good location ,Faultless
the staff is very kind, the location is perfect hotel needs a huge renovation, from the top to the bottom, floors, elevators windows, beds, the buffet in the morning it is quite poor, too expensive for that quality.
Recepsionists at the desk were friendly and very professional. Rooms were very clean and easily accessible to station and downtown. The room was very warm and it was 75 degrees outside.
- Friendly staff - Close to the station - Room smelled odd (maybe like cleaning supplies) - Toilet and shower needed to be fixed (minor fixes) after we checked in - Beds were not that comfortable - Room and decor was outdated - Building was under construction in particular areas
The breaksfast buffet was wonderful! So many unique dishes, we didn't need lunch. The staff were always available and very helpful.
The desk staff were professional and helpful Quite pricey for what and where it is
Upgraded me to an exec room which was spacious and had a nice view. Room was also very clean. Staff were very nice and service oriented. Chef at the breakfast buffet got overwhelmed with the crowd and forgot my egg order 3 times in one breakfast.
The rooms were small. The restaurant is small. I got two double beds for me and my wife. And that's with me having status. The hotel is dated.
