The staff was really kind and would help you with any question. The hotel is really beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are really nice! You can put some music on the turntable, and relax. The pool was fantastic on the roof, nice beds, umbrellas, and the view is really cool. The bath robes additionally in the room were very welcome. If we come back, we would return to this hotel, it was super great! You are not obligated for valet, you can go to the nearest public parking for 20dollars/24h.
You get 2 chairs for free on the beach(with another hotel they work together) but if you want an umbrella, it's 27 dollars. It's not really in the ' center, south beach' but if you walk like 15min you're there.

Great hotel - super comfortable rooms, nice touches everywhere (especially loved the record player and vinyl), very good housekeeping, fab location close to everything, Cleo restaurant is excellent and highly recommended.
Service on the rooftop was pretty average. Only a couple of umbrellas up there too.....I preferred using the beach. They need to get some ice machines so you don''t have to rely on reception to bring it up all the time. There are renovations happening so it will be interesting to see what happens!
