Nothing .... probably the worst “hotel” I’ve ever been to.
The whole place smelled like pot, there were people yelling loudly in the hallways all night making it hard to sleep, and I definitely saw more than one person that was clearly on drugs

Good for the money / excellent location
The closest hotel to the business seminar I attended. Since reserved room - standard studio - had defects: one ceiling lamp not working, broken furniture. They provided an upgrade to larger room at no extra charge, where everything worked fine. Excellent value for the money. Could cook my own food in the studio saving restaurant cost. Fourth floor had linoleum in the hallway rather than carpet made that floor a lot easier to keep clean than the other floors.
Typical for any hotelier in any country: Let the guest test the room that has known defects - facilities not working - hoping the guest will accept the deficiency. Since I travel a lot and stay 3/4 of the year in hotels globally I learned how to check a room for defects in 5 minutes typically with hotel staff present. Bellman's cart missing - fortunately I brought my own. So no problem to lug the heavy luggage in. This place needs more repairs/renovation - and less fluff. There should not be any carpet in the entire place, linoleum only, for better hygiene. The linoleum in the hallway of 4th floor is a good start.

The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helped solve a booking mix-up with ease. Room size was very good, and the kitchen was a nice feature. Location was excellent, as it was a very quick drive in and out of the downtown area.
There are smoking and non-smoking rooms, so some areas did have a distinct cigarette smell. There was someone banging on the door to the room next to us and yelling late at night because someone wouldn't let him in. Someone came and told him to leave, but he came back and kept banging and yelling for an hour or so, making a kid in the room cry. It's probably not always like that and we just happened to catch someone on a bad night. It did make it very difficult to sleep.
