Overal decor of all areas is wonderful, very serene with all white holiday resort feel. Very instagramable. Rooms are very specious (ours was 49 sq m), bathroom as well. Plenty of towels in the bathroom - I liked that!
I found the service at the pool bar not up to spec, both in terms of timing and overall politeness. I had to wait 20 mins at a time until our order was taken etc. Quite snooty ladies, sadly. I was a bit shocked. We also had a bad luck last night - our neighbours decided to listen to a very loud music at 5 am. Hotel security sorted it out but it was quite an unpleasant experience. I understand it was not hotel's faults but this impact how we see our stay at the hotel. Beds were over all ok, but at 5 star hotels I expect better quality sheets. Photos of the hotel on booking.com suggest that hotel is in quite remote location where in fact it is in a quite a but up area. It was fine with me but I was surprised. Pool area is relatively small.
