The room was clean and comfortable. I had asked for a suitable room and it was! The transport to Terminal 2 was good and the driver was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was moved by an hour from evening to the next morning due to reduced services ICovid) so breakfast was not available at 6am as promised. No supplementary options, Tea coffee bar or sandwiches etc.

The location is perfect for the Manchester airport. We also chose it because of the dining options available, and we were not disappointed-excellent! The check in staff person was having some trouble with the computer, but it all worked out.
We had an odd experience of a maid service person entering our room without knocking or announcing herself at about 4:00 in the afternoon. It was a bit disconcerting.
