Bar was nice Room was small and underwhelming consider g how much we paid.
Architecture and Services are Excellent. Food is great. Staff is A+. Elevators need a tune up. Bathrooms are slippery.
We loved the look of the place and everyone was so professional and friendly. We had a wonderful Christmas brunch and had fun going in the spa pool. We had a drink in the bar. I'd highly recommend it. It's just beautiful there.
The location of the hotel was fantastic and we had great views of the city from our room. We were given a room with disabled access which was fine. The only complaint I have about the 'wet room' is that the water did not drain away and the floor was a gigantic puddle and we had no way of getting the water out. Also, are 3 shower heads neccessary for one bathroom??
Very handy for Eurostar Toweld old and hard. Shower door didn't fit well
Staff was ready and willing to help at any time. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless. Wonderful breakfast with many options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Bed was amazingly comfortable with great sheets. Bathroom perfect, breakfast amazing. check out was a bit busy.
It is walking distance from the train station, great location. The staff is very helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was the best I've had in Europe during my 3 month stay. The bathrooms are very modern and the whole hotel is very clean. The hotel is great, but the beds are a little firm. There was one lady at the front desk that was polite but cold. Other than that everything was great.
The Pullman St Pancras had nice, high-end finishes in the bathroom and the bedroom, as well as in the lobby. People have complained about the wifi, but we actually had a pretty good experience with it; we were able to make a call using their wifi. All in all, a pretty comfortable experience. This is in a pretty noisy part of London (Euston Rd), which means that there are a lot of pubs (which can get rowdy), cars honking horns, ambulance and police sirens, etc.; even though we were on the 12th floor, the noise from outside woke me up often during the night. Also, the bathroom door does not shut tightly; it leaves a gap between the leaves of the door, so any noises (etc.) from inside the bathroom are audible to your significant other in the rest of the room! Not particularly romantic! And the thermostat was difficult to program; quite a few times, it would show 22 degrees C and be programmed for 18, but would still put out warm air, which makes no sense.
Modern clean smart rooms with all amenities in an excellent location close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations plus friendly staff. Nothing to not like
Proximity to stations
The location was ideal, transportation was near by. The staff was friendly The bed was hard!!
The location is central and the views from the top floors are stunning. There are many excellent restaurants nearby.
hotel was a peaceful experience staff all very helpful especially the restaurant manager. I did leave behind some of my clothing and wanted to arrange these items be posted to my home address? 26 Glencoe, Whitburn West Lothian Scotland EH47 8AR Central location, cleanliness, up to date style & furniture.
Lo recomiendo 100%
Wonderful greeting upon arrival all staff were 100 per cent and very helpful everytime you went out you were wished a good day and again welcome back in the evening 1st class Nothing like I said 1st class food staff rooms
It was close to St. Pancras International; facilities were good for a city break; comfort and cleanliness of the rooms was very good; reception staff were very polite and helpful.
Able to get early breakfast which was very good
We only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable one. N/A
Regarding London price niveau I was surprised by the facilities and the infrastructure of the hotel
The room was really spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating and kind. We had a wonderful stay.
Great location re transport, laundrette, pubs/restaurants. Pleasant, helpful staff. Quiet street.
The small kitchen area in the room was a plus factor and very useful for heating a small meal. The hotel is extremely close for Kings Cross and Eurostar. Hotel staff organised an early breakfast for me as I had an early start. Very small dining room. Settee located under the wall television so had to sit on the bed to watch the TV. There was no channel 4.
Close proximity to subway and at a good price
From entering we were welcomed by the gentleman behind the desk. We saw him throughout our stay and he was a perfect representative for your establishment. Our room was perfect for us, clean, well equiped, warm and welcoming. If I did have to critasize one thing it would be the dining room. It was quite cramped but really clean and well stocked.
Late night front desk clerk went out of his way to assist me. My room was a bit cold so he brought me a small electric heater. My bed was comfortable and room was clean. They had a working elevator which was great since I had a lot of luggage. It would have been nice to have a bathtub instead of just a shower. Room was a bit on the small side but just right for a solo traveler.
central location rooms are small and walls paperthin. The toilet in our room didn't work, although they fixed it quickly. Breakfast uninspired.
We was seen to with quick & promt service excelent check in All Good
Clean comfortable room in good location.
Convenience to station for onward travel Dark room inbasement, v poor quality towels, few bathroom accessories, only liquid soap dispenser & poor toilet paper. Luggage holding facilities inadequate as anyone can ask for luggage room key - no check on your bags there - insecure
Value for money; cleanliness; quiet
Handy for mainline trains and underground so fairly central to get about the city. I had got a little chilly in the night but staff were very quick to respond when I mentioned it in the morning, and sent an engineer to check my radiator and an extra duvet.
room was clean, bed linen fresh and so on, en-suite was spotless with an excellent shower! noise from room above, the floorboards were dreadful and creaked every time they walked around. It sounded like we had a family of elephants staying!
All staffs are nice!
near to unfergrounf station price vs quality
Spacious room, clean, bright and spacious ensuite facilities The room was in the basement and had a rather musty atmosphere - but didn't feel damp
As an elderly person I was given a ground floor room without having to make a special request. There was also a good lift to the basement for breakfast. Bathroom sink had a plug that needed repair. It was impossible to pull it out once it was stuck in; the lever was broken. Also the bathroom door needed oiling; it squeaked horribly!
Our packets in the packets room - after checking out - for our riske is not accepteble. A hotel has to have a public toilette. The atmosphare in the corridore was a bit smelly.
Location its on a main road without double glazing.
It was very close to the city, I could walk from oxford street which is great if you think of the crazy saturday afternoon traffic. It was basic but nice. It had everything you need for a weekend trip to London and the hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was really basic but enough. Furthermore there was no warm water in the morning, both days on Saturday and on Sunday but in the evening it was hot. We just had to figure that out first but you can deal with it when you know it!
Super Bare bones room.
We were not there very long but there was a smooth procedure at check-in. The Breakfast was simple but adequate and the staff pleasant. Although the rooms are small the bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was good but would have benefitted from a larger handbasin although I am not sure that there was any spare space.
breakfast food was limited, fruit and cheese would have improved the selection
For the price, its location is great (5 minute walk to Kings cross station), room is small yet clean, wireless is reliable, provided breakfast (continental) was fine. Everything worked. Staff were very helpful. Getting lights fixed (bulb blown or string switch undone) seemed very difficult. If cleaner couldn't do it, then it didn't seem to get done. Street is a bit noisy although not too bad and it is a city location so some traffic noise is inevitable..
Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, non-paying luggage room (very important). Awful shower. Two lights malfunctioned. One we couldn't switch off (we had to take the bulb out). The light over the basin didn't work. We mentioned these on the Saturday morning but nothing had changed when we left on the Sunday.
Location, recently refurnished, new bathroom. Traffic noise from street. Unguarded luggage room.
We asked for a quiet room and this was at the back of the hotel and we had no traffic noise or noise from other guests so a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding was clean and the bathroom though tiny was very clean - including the grouting!! The T.V. in the room looked new (though cheap) and had not been tuned in so we did not have this facility. The bathroom door didn't glide properly so was a little bit embarrassing when using the toilet!! The carpet looked very "iffy" it was more old and tired than dirty - I'm glad I took flip flops, and the paintwork was very bad. However, you get what you pay for and we were looking for a cheap hotel and this was certainly that.
Excellent location for train travel to rest of contry and the Chunnel. Directly across the street to St Pancras station. Room was very clean and very large by Eurropean standards. Friendly staff. Located on edge of a somewhat run down area, though with the International train station there, the area should continue to improve. Never felt unsafe when out in the area.
Loved the layout of room, cleanliness, free internet, great location, comfy queen bed and great shower Breakfast was terrible - we went down and they had run out of orange juice and cereal - not very good value for money - altho there are lots of other options around
Best facilities in the room:1. free wifi. 2. coffee & tea maker took me a long time to find the on/off switch for the lights in the wardrobe
Hotel staff very helpfull. Room clean and tidy everything in place that you require.Would use again.
Internet no charge, excellent staff, v. comfortable room, clean spacious bathroom & on top of all that, excellent coffee machine in room!
The staff was very helpful: we called for directions & they got us there quickly. The room was clean, relaxing, comfortable, generous in size, and quiet despite being on a busy street. The only minus was in the food service, but they did not charge us for our meal. I also saw that they are working on the restaurant area, so I expect they will have everything back in order shortly.
Good location for transport links; friendly and helpful staff; well- equipped rooms and even standard rooms have baths and showers. The food (dinner) in the restaurant is excellent. Coffee maker far too fiddly and despite hotel now providing instructions, it still floods the wardrobe! Tv also over-complex, although good when you get to grips with it. Glass panel for shower over bath is fixed, making it impossible to reach taps etc without getting in the bath.
Helpful staff; accessible to eurostar
staff and dining were great. we stayed in an apt. that was roomy and clean.
All good. Not long enough stay. The sockets tripped out they were fixed within minuets.
We had a superb meal in the restaurant. Large comfortable bedroom with rollaway bed provided.
The hotel is right across from King's Cross train and tube station, so it was a 20-30 minute or less tube ride to all of the sights. Buses were right outside too. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There are places closeby to eat, even late at night (5 guys is across the road along with some Indian restaurants). There was a huge variety in the guests staying there, from middle aged couples, so seniors to young families. It seemed like I was the only solo traveler there at that time. There was a dank smell in my room that I couldn't get rid of. I don't recommend it for folks with mobility problems because there are steps everywhere. It it on a busy street so if you need silence to sleep this isn't the place. I live in New York City so it didn't bother me, but I could see how it may bother others.
New bathroom was nice. I sorted the rain shower out as it was spraying everywhere, but with a quick wipe of the nozzles, perfection. Shouldn't be the guest's job though should it?! No electricity at night. Now this may have been due to a power cut, which I don't blame the hotel for, but I walked through the darkness past two people at reception who didn't even tell me - oh, by the way, the electrics are out. Would have thought it was a common courtesy. Also, the noise from upstairs was like a marching band, and could hear the talking and general noise from room across hallway, so soundproofing non-existent. It is also over the tube lines, so can hear them tumbling every few minutes.
Good clean, but small room, with great access to Kings Cross
Very close and easy transportation to Central London
lovely back garden for smoking. breakfast is poor..
Location, competetive value for money They do not have any means of internal communication. When one of the guests due to the grade of spirit in blood stood nocking to the door of my room at 3 o'clock in the night, I had no chance of calling the staff for help. I do not even want to imagine what could it be if the case would be more serious.
Location Noise from the street and other rooms.
It is so close to kings cross and London st pancreas. Clean. Small selection for breakfast. The bathroom wasn't as I expected. The shower was very basic and the decor wasn't generally very good, however was quite clean. Bed were glorified camp beds, but ok for 1-2 nights.
Easy access to the underground The rooms were a tad on the small side!!!!!!!!
Very easy access to buses/Underground/trains at Kings Cross/St. Pancras. Quite good value for money considering its location. Breakfast was rather chaotic. Probably not enough staff on duty - too many tables were uncleared; couldn't find any staff to offer me tea/coffee or toast, so I had to make do with only a small bowl of tinned fruit and some orange juice in the time I had available.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Location good.
The room was clean, shared bathroom also kept well clean. There was also a kettel in my room with a sink, tea and coffee, so if I wanted I could make a hot drink in my room for free. I also liked the fact that breakfast was included. I loved the location because I had to catch the Euro Star early next morning, for the price, location and free breakfast I would recommend it to anyone useing it as a stop by. Like other people had said, the coffee is undrinkable. When I read those reviews I thought "oh it cant be that bad." Well it is, dont touch it unless you want to see how bad it really is.
Cosr & convenience No fitted central heating in room and none at all in bathroom.
Absolutely nothing. The room was dirty, cramped. The bed was hardly a double bed and most uncomfortable Please see above. Most disappointing hotel. The hotel has met the criteria of providing shower, wash basin was in bedroom, toilet/shower room cramped. Could not fit suitcases through door! Staff apart from checkin were not very friendly. We did not bother having breakfast. Not suitable room for couple.
The location was excellent, being so close to the underground and main line stations. The lack of toiletries, e.g soap and shower gel etc
good breakfast and warm during a cold spell in the weather breakfast times of 7-9 at the weekend
value for money beds could be more comfotable
Excellent Locatiom - not perfect - but clean and comfortable - if you want a bigger room, lifts etc then pay 3 times the price.
The breakfast was cold (instead of having a warm cooked breakfast). The room smelt of sick, the TV remote control was broken and the window would not stay open (i wanted some fresh air).
Closeness to Kings Cross underground, help yourself full English Breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Best London budget hotel we've stayed in No, although our sash window would not stay open very wide but we proped it open with a trainer shoe until we went out so no problem.
Close to Kingscross, cosy room and polite staff No bathroom heating.
Breakfast was pretty good, staff were friendly. Room was tiny!
Hotel staff, nice breakfast not changeing the sheets
Breakfast, great location, friendly staff, thé and coffee in the room, clean towls every day. squeaky floor, next to no ventilation in the bathroom
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very basic for the price
It had working wifi, and the breakfast + breakfast room were good (especially compared to the hotel I stayed on my previous trip)
staff are very friendly
Free wireless, good breakfast, friendly staff, next door to great pub that serves food all day. Excellent position, opposite Euston, 10 min walk to Camden, 15 mins walk to Oxford Street. Thin walls. You can hear everything going on next door and above you - and I mean everything! Tiny shower. I'm 6 foot 4 and the shower head is only 5 foot 6 high and it cant be adjusted.
The staff were very friendly, but the room was very disappointing. The bathroom was small, the shower very small.
Location Squeaky floorboards were disturbing
breakfast was good and staff very efficient creaking floorboards from above and ours. bed most uncomfortable and no room to move about when there are two of you.
the rooms were very clean. The bathrooms has no shampoo and soap. The service of breackfast was not good and the room for breackfast serving was not suitable. Despite that it has been mentioned that the english breackfast serves at hotel but no fruit juice and no fruit and cheese was served for that.
The warm welcome by the staff and how trustworthy they were when my partner had checked in before I did and had been given the key. The location was very good. Way too small and the furnishings were extremely basic. I expected better seeing it first on your website and it was a tad misleading but I was not in any mood to complain having had 4 hard working days prior to a weekend of relaxation. I do wish it was more comfortable.
The hotel is very close to King's Cross station, which was convenient for our journey early the next morning. The hotel is in a dicey neighborhood...wouldn't recommend this hotel for very long stays. It was cheap and relatively clean.
clean towels. the showercurtain smelled sour. the temperature in the room was too low. would like som european standards to the breakfast.
good location tired, in need of a refit
every day only English brakefast.Every day sthe same food
It was cheap, clean and convenient. A decent breakfast was included in the price and the hot water worked. There was a kettle and tea and coffee bags in the bedroom.
Luggage facilities for early arrival and late departure Room a trifle small but adequate for needs of an overnight stay
location - close to KIngs Cross station shower broken; toilet seat broken; bedside lamp broken
The room, whilst very small, was comfortable. The hotel itself was also fairly quiet enabling undisturbed sleep. The corridors and rooms were quite claustraphobic, being very narrow and small. Some staff members behind the front desk were quite unfriendly and less than willing to answer the questions of a tourist.
Location. Helpful and friendly front desk.

Location near train and tube station.English breakfast was excellent.Staff very friendly and helpful
location, new, clean, no phones to contact staff in room, only bath towels in room, had to ask for hand towels and there was no face towels.

Clean, friendly staff, great location. Go to the British Library!
This is a no frills place, but is well priced for London and the ensuite though small, sets it apart from a lot of other places in this price range. Having full selection of freeview channels on the TV was great. It is clean and secure and you could od a lot worse in London at this price. The rooms are very, very small, there is no breakfast and no lift - if you are on the top floor it is a long climb up narrow stairs - ok if you are young and fit, but a problem for the less mobile or if you are lugging heavy cases.
The location of the Wardonia is great; the hotel is just a block from King's Cross station and two blocks from the British Library. The staff were polite, my room was clean, and everything was in good working order. However, the room was very small (at least by US American standards) and Spartan. There was no wardrobe, table, or chairs (though there were hangers, and a small counter by the bed). The room was very small (at least by US American standards) and Spartan. It was our 2nd stay in this hotel and certainly not the last! Ok the rooms are smalls and there is no breakfast but this hotel is located near St Pancras, staff is cool and helpful, you can leave your luggages and you can find many restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. Wifi access would be really great. Beds are smalls and walls are thin.
Room was so small and not comfortable but i didnt wanna use bath.. location is too good for London
Good location, 1 minute from King's Cross tube station. Rooms are small but have everything needed in it. Cleaned on a daily basis. Overall impression is good. Hotel staff could have been more guest-oriented.
The quietness and location near to King's Cross/St Pancras and local eateries. No tea/coffee making facilities which I have never come across before especially when staying over 2 nights! No bedside/wall lamps, only very bright ceiling light. No headboard to beds, just shelving, so most uncomfortable when sitting against pillows to try and watch TV. Very small bedroom. Could not use bathroom/toilet after a shower as it was just a small wet room so most disappointing.
Very poor. Staffs. service.
The good things about this hotel are the price (probably the cheapest for a room with bathroom) and the good location (just a short walk from King's Cross tube/train station, and still very quiet). The rooms are also very clean, and there is a small TV in the room. The bathroom is very cramped and uncomfortable; when you sit on the toilet, your head is above the sink. Ventilation of the bathroom is poor, and the bathroom door cannot be left open (it is spring-loaded and closes automatically). They provided a single mini-soap for the four nights I spent at the hotel, and did not replace it while it became smaller and smaller.
the fact that was a quite in the heart of london everything was fine
location value for money no kettle in room
The location: very close to St Pancras Everything else: the worse "hotel" I have ever stayed
