Pros: It the second time i went to the holborn grange hotel, the room was small, the staff was friendly and ready to help us. We had a few issue ( cold room ), they bring us a blanket right away. Very quiet room which is a little unexpected in london :)
Pros: Definitely not a 5 star hotel. 4.5 maybe, but not 5. This was a solid 4 star hotel.Cons: The rooms weren't anything fancy. There were not enough outlets for my computer and phone.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located.Cons: Facilities are closer to a 4 star (e.g. Marriott, Hilton) than to a 5 star.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.Cons: Horrible room, far cry from 5 star hotel, more like an aged 3 star. Walked into the room to a huge stain on the carpet. The room was very dated. Very small bathroom where it was impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom.
Pros: The swimming pool. The bed was comfortable.Cons: The shower leaked, the blinds did not close, there was a problem with the door to our room. This hotel was 3.5 stars at best.
Pros: The room was very quiet, and the shower was great.Cons: The mattress was as hard as a rock. And the pillows were not much better. I really expect down, even at a lower end hotel these days. The only way I could sleep was to get a bunch of extra pillows and sleep on them, using my own travel pillow for my head.
Cons: Awful cheap nasty hotel Certainly not 5 star as advertised More like a 3 star hotel
Cons: It's not a five star hotel. The staff exp. of the concierge were very rude. The bath room was not clean as we checked in. I don't recommend it at all
Pros: location was very central. almost walking distance to everywhere I neededCons: a bit pricey for the amenities provided by the roman pool was a bonus
