There was not enough electrical outlet, wifi was really bad, you can hear everything from room next to yours and all the hotel have some bad smell. Totally bad!

The evening meal in the restaurant was dreadful and extremely poorly prepared. Both the vegetables and chips were cold and had to be sent back.

Situation of the room, no nice view. No toiletries There is no atmosphere in the bar, no music and quiet apart from the opera. Not enough choice of restaurants. The staff not outstanding at reception.
