Great staff location excellent.
Although the location is excellent for getting to things. It is extremely noisy with bottles being collected at all hours and tables dragged off the street etc. Our first room was the smallest I have ever seen. They where helpful and moved us.

The staff were fantastic I couldn't find it (abit blonde) but I called and the lady came to meet me outside :) I barely spent time in my room but the facilities were perfect for a young adventurer. It's so close to lots of transportation options. Right by the 28 tram to barrito alto.

Room was cosy and warm. Was very clean and beds are really comfortable.
Unfortunately there was no lift and rooms are on the 2nd floor.

This place is a real gem. It's right in the heart of Lisbon and about a 5-minute walk away from the Restauradores metro station, which made it extremely easy to reach from the airport. Our room was really nice with plenty of natural light, a comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. I liked that there was also a complimentary coffee pod machine in the lobby and free little cakes that were restocked throughout the day. Also, very pleasant and helpful staff.
