Location was excellent! Just a walk from main attractions. Besides that, staff was kind, pleasant and very helpful. They provided tips and instructions, including on how to use public transportation. I do recommend this place.

Great cost-benefit. The location is perfect and the overall experience positive. I would stay there again.
The check-in experience could have been better. I had called them to let them know I was getting there and was told I could check-in. Upon arrival, the person was not there.

Good Location
I would not recommend this property..75 steps up to reception desk..no fire escape & a lot of rooms..Don't know why there is "New" in the name of the property! It is far from New! Also I wouldn't call it a guest house...My perception of a guest house is very different!

Location is fantastic, right in the middle, less than 5mins walk to Baixa Chiado (metro) amd very nice street view from room.
The street is kinda loud and the rooms close to each other so you can hear everything. Shower is kinda weird, its either boiling hot water or freezing... Maybe its just me
