Breakfast. Very helpful recepção assistants who speak English. Small fridge without drinks and candies so the guests can put their own drinks. Vending machine for water and soft drinks.
The beds need help. Though they feel just alright, they have seen better days.

The access to the parking by the ramp it's slippery,tight and dangerous; The staff was not so happy to work in general,and the costumers can feel that there's a evident lack of hospitality and the personnel appears to be distant from the guest.
