Very good location.
The staff at the front desk need a lot training in customer service and politeness. Our keys stop working and after telling the front desk about it, they told me that they will send them. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called again and the same person answer the phone and he told me that he has made a ticket for the "in charge department"and in short he was not going to do anything else. We left for a show and at midnight when we came back we had to stand in line for 20 minutes in order to get replacement keys. Terrible experience for a 5 star hotel.
