Villas D. Dinis Charming Residence - Adults Only

Boutique type pretty property just a short walk to 3 beautiful beaches and a 10-15 minute walk into town. Rooms were large, clean, bathrooms spacious, comfortable beds, 3 pools with nice surrounding chaises. Great staff helpful with suggestions of restaurants and activities. Included breakfast was a fabulous buffet of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, cheese, meats, coffees, teas and champagne! They even packed us a boxed breakfast for our early departure!

Our room in the main villa, although spacious with a separate sitting area, required walking up 2 flights of stairs and had a very small balcony. There were ground floor rooms with private patios so recommend exploring the different room options. Property is very quiet and peaceful so not ideal if you’re looking for nightlife or bar/restaurant at your hotel.

Beautiful lush grounds that felt very private. 3 different pools to lounge by and the breakfast was great! Lots of selection. Location was very convenient.

They have 4 different buildings and the one we stayed in was a 10 minute walk but had just been redone. It was very nicely decorated and Mr Diniz was very careful in showing us everything in the room. The breakfast was amazing. They offered us nice beach towels. Our stay was absolutely great!

I liked everything about our stay! Some people might not love having breakfast in a different building but it wasn’t a problem for us (as it was worth it).

Small hotel , varied rooms . inique furnishings . Stayed in a Very spacious Prestige suite . Adult only . Lovely outdoor areas . Lots of sun beds and relax chairs . Staff hospitable , helpful and friendly. Owner hands on onsite ! Breakfast hot and cold fabulous.. plenty of variety . Room servicing every day . Very clean . Location slightly out of town (15 mins walk to center) but beside good beaches and restaurants . No night noise . A definite refreshing change from standard apartment complexes /hotels .

Quite a few steps around the main house are .. might not be great for those with very limited mobility . Otherwise I loved the place . No lap pool or gym but too busy to be bothered about that !
