Staff very kind. Great Location to visit Cinque Terre by train and Portovenere by car. Good breakfast. Parking. The lift takes you to the peatonal center with shops and cafes.
We stood in a family room. Both the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable plus the heating system was very noisy. We told the girl in reception and she gave us €20 discount. Nice hotel but (sorry) I don’t think it’s a 4 star.
