As close to central station as it can get. Very friendly personell, they even had printed out train schedules, which was very useful since we went to Cinque terre. Large, comfy room, with everything you would need. Great breakfast at local cafe. Moreover- there is a storage boxes with lock for luggage where you can leave it after your reservation ends. Really hard to beat price/performance wise! Highly recommended.
Cant find any drawback.
