Swimming pool is really nice, breakfast was good.
The first night our bathroom had a horrible smell, like sewage and when we complained first they blamed us, saying that we had pee in the shower

breakfast was good. All male staff were very kind...all female staff were super rude
we booked a jacuzzi suite. instead of a jacuzzi we got a bathtub with jets on the side that can't reach your back no matter how you sit, and are too weak to even reach your legs...so basically we paid extra to have jacuzzi suit and we were left without jacuzzi. that's not the biggest problem. female staff in the hotel were continuously rude, especially when their manager wasn't around. the receptionist with headscarf was the worst, the way she talked to us was just ridiculously disrespective. we asked for late check out ( if we could check out at 12:30 or 13:00 instead of at 12:00) and she said "no, you have to pay for that". normally we would be ok with this reply but this hotel is at 10% of its occupancy at the moment due to corona virus outbreak (confirmed by the manager) and there is really no need for this behaviour. really unforgivable to treat one of your only guests this way

Loved this hotel. Room was nice, but a little tired. Lovely pool area and sunbeds. Excellent breakfast. Free aircon, security box and hairdryer. The staff were amazing. So friendly. They even waved us off as we left.
Room was tired and needed some fresh paint. The free tuk tuk provided by the hotel had strange timings which did not meet our needs, eg. 11 am and then 1 pm. Nothing inbetween. Too far to walk so spent £3 on tuk tuk each time we wanted to go into town. Ao Nang is beautiful. I would love to say that we would stay at this hotel again but it is a little too far out.

Our stay at hula hula was very short yet very sweet, from the arrival to departing it was all smiles and amazing hospitality from the team. The place is very clean, hula hula team always professional, great communicators and assisted both my partner and I with all our enquires especially booking day tours and transportation. Had an absolute blast! Would definitely recommend to everyone. Already thinking about booking our next stay. Amazing service has converted us to loyal customers. Thanks John M & Anne L
