The hotel overall is very clean and the staff are fantastic. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevators are slow and with a full hotel we had to wait awhile for a lift. Breakfast buffet is overpriced for the quality and selection of food.
The location The room and bed were surprisingly small. Bed was about a foot off the ground. Almost like a sofa bed (without the sofa). Guessing they put us in an adjoining room to a bigger suite... which wouldn't have been as big an issue had they described it that way.
The eggs were disgusting and there was not a lot of options for hot food. For the cost you would think that they could have had a waffle maker.
Cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Room temperature very inconsistent. Air wouldn't cool room down
The lobby was comfortable and inviting. The staff was kind and helpful. The pillows and beds were my favorite part.
Excellent location, easily walkable to attractions, great view from upper floors. Couch was dirty and badly stained, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work but front desk made no attempt to fix, changed parking rates between booking and our stay with no notice.
It was in a great location, and the staff was very helpful. We stayed during the week and it was very nice to be able to get a glass of wine in the bar after everything was closed. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator standard in the room. We didn't have anywhere to keep our leftovers from dinner.
Comfy beds, thoughtful room service. Only three elevators for 15+ floors? It was a nightmare waiting for one to come down and actually fit in one when it did. I took the stairs every time after that.
It was a freezing night in Knoxville and we were so happy to find a wonderful and warm hotel!
The location is great for walking around downtown. The hotel was clean, and the associates were really friendly. Also, the fitness room has a decent amount of equipment in it which was nice. I wished that there was a sink and mirror outside of the bathroom. It would be helpful when you need to get ready and the other person staying with you can still use the restroom. Parking is expensive, especially considering that locust street garage is free on nights and weekends and that lot is right beside the Hilton lot.
They had a Starbucks in the building. The office chair in the room looked like a dog chewed the stuffing out of it, the shower curtain was moldy, the shower wall had stains on it from where it had been moldy and had water damage, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the shower head was broken. I might as well have stayed in a Red Roof Inn.
Smelled musty. Very dusty room. My allergies went crazy and couldn't breath in the morning.
Very clean, wonderful staff, excellent location to the downtown activities. The pool was smaller than I would have expected from such a nice hotel. There was no hot tub or sauna.
It was clean and well lit, the decor was very elegant. That's about it, the rest a collection of minor aggravations coupled with a major safety issue. 1) I had to pay for parking and told to park on top of the garage out in the weather while people who were paying to park for a local sporting event were allowed to park inside the garage. 2) The windows to the room were poorly sealed and even with the thermostat set at 80 the room was miserably cold. When I called the front desk to request another blanket, I was told there was an additional charge. 3) The entrances and sidewalks are poorly lit and the curbs painted a dark gray color. Upon returning from dinner, a short walk up the street and much later in the evening, I nearly broke my ankle when I thought I was stepping off of the sidewalk but was stepping half-way off of the curb, nearly falling in the process (no alcohol was involved). This needs to be addressed as a serious safety issue. 4) If a hotel is going to offer room service, dirty dishes need to be picked up promptly, not left in the hallway outside the room for hours and hours. This was the first and last time I ever stay at this facility and we travel A LOT.
Liked the on-site dining and bar. Site is quite and family friendly. Bathrooms a little cramped in rooms. Needs better space utilization.
The shuttle took us right down to the old city where all the venues are and picked us up, but only till 11pm. Unfortunately the festival ran later than that. In an effort to ease the hangover on the second morning of the festival, we went to the restaurant at about 11 am, and the bar was closed. We asked for a mimosa and a bloody Mary and waited about 15 minutes with no drink. We went outside after we gave up and the server chased us down, offering the drinks on the house, but we were just over it at that point. One time before i stayed here and was having sex with my girlfriend and the manager actually called the room when we were done and asked us to keep it down. Thin walls, apparently. II'm going to the Hilton next time I stay in Knoxville.

Love the lobby! It's luxurious and makes the guest feel more sophisticated. The bathrooms were also top notch. The toilet was very loud when it flushed not allowing for quick middle of the night restroom trips without disturbing your significant other. The hotel room doors need hydraulics. Other guests slammed the doors and it was VERY loud. I understand people are having a good one but it should be quiet after a certain point. Hydraulics on the doors would fix that!
It was clean and decent value for the money. There weren't enough parking spots when we were turning down for the night, so we parked in the garage on the curb. If we pay $10/night, we'd like to be assured an actual parking spot.

Nothing special about this place except the price. The location was not as close to our destination as we were told. Staff always seemed busy chatting with each other. Entrance ramp and deck area difficult. Way over priced for what you get. No place to walk dogs.
I booked the room the day of at 1125PM planning to arrive at 3 AM. The first thing the staff told me was that I'd probably be charged again bc they wipe the previous day's reservations at 2AM. They kept saying if I didn't use your website and booked through them then it wouldn't be an issue but they made sure to be clear that using the third party site was not the way to do it. Thankfully I wasn't charged twice but please indicate this timing issue and the need to call if you'll be arriving late on your website so people are aware. It was a very stressful first encounter and I was unsure if they'd charge me again until the morning.
