Pros:The hotel lobby bar and restaurants were very nice and luxurious. The room appointments however were only average.
Cons:Door staff were not friendly at all. Acted as if they were doing you a favor. Front desk and bellmen were good however. Hotel Is large and not so personal butt he public areas were very nice

Pros:The facilities were very luxurious. Personnel spoke English. Hotel is managed very well.
Cons:Room very spacious, fitness center impressive. Offered a price with or without breakfast and fitness as well. That's a great option. The restaurant (Japanese) was very good.
