Pros: I discovered the SilverBow two years ago and couldn't wait to return to Juneau to stay there. It was the perfect blend of quirky, stylish and comfort. Every detail has been considered. Wonderful hospitality. The location can't be better.
Cons: The only issue was that my room faced the street, so at 2am after the bars closed things got noisy.
Take in the views from the rooftop terrace when you stay at Silverbow Inn. You can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Other highlights at this historic inn include a snack bar/deli and a garden, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Pros: Open room. Small kitchenette with fridge. Nice bed. Flat screen tv. Wifi.
Cons: Do not provide room service (change/fix room and no new towels) except once a week.

Meeting room, Business E* Center, Guest laundry Room Fitness Center All Kitchenette suite property featuring fridge, microwave, 2 burner ceramic cook top, toaster, coffee maker. Large bathroom with large closet. Alaska Air Miles with every stay. Housekeeping on a weekly basis.
Pros: Good location, pretty basic but nothing was really lacking. Price seemed kinda high but that's more Juneau as a whole vs this one particular location. Shuttle service was a nice bonus. Overall a pretty good place to stay - the smaller suite would be good for a group or family as well.
Pros: Nice, clean, no frills and centrally located.
Cons: You have to make sure to follow up on all requests. Staff is not really on top of things and they get very easily distracted. Had to remind the front desk five times about a morning shuttle and still didn't get it down.
A great choice for a stay in Juneau, The Driftwood Hotel offers a free airport shuttle (available 24 hours). You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
The list is long.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Worst management I ever everencountered. They don't even have a card key entry at the front door and the night clerk locks the door and disappears leaving guest locked out. Fortunately the dumpy handicap studio room #1470 they gave me had a door leading to the intersection although I paid for a 1 bedroom queen suite. They tried to overcharge me over my quoted rate, worked on trying to check me in 45 minutes+. Assured me they would correct the price. Then a similar bunch more bs upon check out including they didn't have any more 1 bedroom queen suites so upgraded my room to the handicapped studio converted office.
This room is like an office converted to makeshift room. Be very skeptical of positive reviews. Not sure what type of motels these positive posters are use to staying. The Four Points hotel I highly recommend.
Juneau Hotel offers a free airport shuttle (available on request). Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily. Rooms feature bonuses like kitchens and washers/dryers, along with sofa beds and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. Daily cleaning service was excellent.
Cons: No workout room.
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: The price was high even with discount
Pros: Good location, near Juneau Airport, rooms were clean
Cons: More expensive than Best Western next door, Best western had a good breakfast included with the price, Best Western beds were more comfortable, Best Western Staff more friendly and cooperative. We stayed one nice at Best Western and they had no rooms available the next night. So we stayed at Travelodge. Best Western was a much better value.

Pros: This previously privately owned hotel was born again as a Four Points Sheraton in April. It is tasteful, clean and modern. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about places to go and things to do in Juneau. I will absolutely stay there again, and recommended it to my agency.
Cons: The sound was going out on my TV, and, like many hotels in Alaska, I had no AC.
Pros: The location is right near downtown and if the weather is nice, is a short walk. The rooms are fairly up to date.
Cons: The bathrooms are extremely outdated which leaves them looking dirty (even if they might be clean).
The Internet service is EXTREMEMLY slow. I was traveling for business and couldn't work in my room because the Internet went in and out so frequently. I had to use my hot spot on my phone to get anything done!
I thought checkout was at 12 and due to feeling under the weather, planned on utilizing all my time until then. In every other hotel I have been in, this is not an issue. I called an got a late checkout but even so was called twice to ask to get out of my room. The girl working at the desk was EXTREMEMLY rude. House keeping never once asked if I could leave.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were as advertised. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I had seen a review starting that the hotel has bed bugs, but this was either false or a long time ago. I had no issues and would stay there again.
Cons: Renovations and construction
Pros: Quiet, clean, friendly

Westmark Baranof Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Juneau. The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after visiting the fitness center for a workout, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Flat-screen TVs and free WiFi are offered in all rooms.
Pros: Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Nice large wood floored closet upon entry to keep all luggage in. Close location to downtown.
Cons: Very hot room. Only a thin pad and flat sheet on bed. Would have liked more bed linens. Dark room, outdated decor. I was very nervous about cleanliness but it looked good.
Pros: I stay in Juneau almost every quarter, so I feel like I have a solid bench mark of the hotels available. This hotel does the trick and is slightly above average for the city. Staff was way above average with friendliness and incredibly accommodating.
Cons: The old school metal keys as opposed to the key cards.

For a bite to eat, guests can check out BIKO Restaurant, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Conveniences like kitchens are in all rooms, along with free WiFi and free wired Internet.
Pros: I loved the 'coziness' of the hotel, from the fireplace to the extraordinarily comfy bed to the hot tub where I could soak tired hiking muscles. Also loved the location: close to trails and not too far from restaurants & stores.
Cons: No! Loved it all!
A great choice for a stay in Juneau, Pearson's Pond Luxury Inn & Spa is just 4.8 mi (7.7 km) from the airport. You can visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, facials, or aromatherapy. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this romantic bed & breakfast feature fireplaces and kitchenettes.
Cons: Old, needs updating and room had funky smell had to buy airspray to make it smell better. Tried yo wash after 9 pm but was told it caused noise for tenent next door area should be away from customer rooms to accommodate guests at all hours
Cons: slow service, out of cups, only offered smoking room. smelled awful.
Pros: Nothing was likeable.
Cons: The hallways were smelly and rooms smelled all the time of dampness.
Pros: Comfortable and warm
Cons: No, it was great
Pros: Location near the airport.
Pros: The size of the rooms.
Cons: The constant slamming of doors by other guests and the strong smell of cigarette smoke on a non smoking floor.
Pros: Clean, bit run down. Very thin walls.
Pros: Great location.
Pros: It is across the street from the airport.
Pros: Close to airport. Also the shuttle from the ferry.
Pros: I loved the location.
Cons: I was on the ground floor and the curtains did not close all the way and had a gap on the end. This permitted the outside lights to come in the room and I wondered about privacy. Also, the bedding was very light.

You can go for a morning swim at the indoor pool and visit the fitness center for a workout. Bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves are in all rooms.
Pros: The hotel and the room at not the most clean and comfortable. But the whole experience could be improved if they get some personel with some social skills.
Pros: Convenient location. Airport shuttle.
Cons: Worn out carpet. The sink didn't drain. No mini fridge or microwave.
Pros: Staff was helpful.
Cons: Felt old and not super clean. Beds were ok. I'll never stay there again.
Pros: Nothing. This is a truly terrible hotel.
Cons: Staff is rude and unprofessional. Waited for shuttle for over an hour while staff was lying to us on the phone saying he was in his way. Hotel is dirty. Triggered my wife's asthma. Staff appears to all be meth addicts. Avoid this place it is not worth it. Don't destroy your experience and impression of Juneau.
Pros: Run down , shabby. No ice machine Staff was a punk
Cons: Last year when we stayed it was dirty, rugs ripped, smelled, but it looked as if they were trying to clean it up--painting the walls and replacing the rugs. Yes, they painted the walls and replaced one carpet but it smelled, the rest of the rugs were filthy, towels shredded, tub dirty, bed dusty on top of headboard, drapes hanging of curtain rod, no grab bars to help on slippery tub. The safety door on the side entrance didn't close. Every day I had to redo my key, the window on the van had paper taped over the broken window, at least I thought it was broken--didn't use the van, ice machine broken not to be fixed as I was told the new owner was taking over the 1st of the month. The motel is in a good location and the prices are competitive so I hope the new owners are able to fix it up.
I enjoyed using your services though to book the room, just wished the motel had been clean and safe.
Pros: Shuttle service is great! If the shuttle can't get you some where the hotel will ay for a taxi for you. Close to the airport
Cons: Had to help the elevator door close by hitting it and is a lower quality hotel at 150.00 plus a night
Cons: Didn't stay. Booked 2 rooms in February. Confirmed reservation a few days before and everything was good. Showed up and they had given one of our rooms to someone else. They had nothing else available and there was no way we could have 7 people I'm 1 room for 10 days. Will NOT stay or book rooms there again. Really poor service and management.
Pros: Very expensive. Avoid Juneau at all cost.very greedy city.Especially the cab drivers Sitkas much nicer and a little cheeper and it has a great bus system
Cons: The greed
Pros: Shuttle service & friendly staff.
Cons: No breakfast as advertised
Shuttle service was more limited than advertised
Stairwells needed vacuuming

Pros: We appreciated the friendliness, efficiency, and obvious caring that we experienced in all of our interactions with each member of the team.
Pros: This hotel has a unique charm to it...old, in the heart of downtown and in the middle of the Juneau party!! The suites are the way to go, otherwise you share a bathroom and shower with others. Everything is nice enough, beds are decently comfy, no frills or excess, just enough to provide for a good place to crash after your adventure filled day. Good price in comparison to other hotels in the area.
Cons: We stayed during a rare sunny & warm week in Juneau and our room was HOT!! Nothing as far as ventilation or fans to circulate air. No screens to open windows without bugs coming in.
Located in Downtown Juneau, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Observatory Books, Alaska State Capitol, and Juneau-Douglas City Museum. Mount Roberts Tramway and St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church are also within 10 minutes.
Cons: awful place smell like cat pee, people's hair all over the shower, laundry outside of bed room door pile up, room was not ready waited 30 min for him to change linen, pick up the room, doors not really close able, walls are paper thin hear people bumping the night geez. Kitchen garbage over flowing with trash. Disgusting place. Never again !!!
Cons: Didn't feel comfortable and thought it wasn't the cleanest facility... Ok for maybe a few hours if stay.
