Intercity is a charming hotel at a beautiful seashore in João Pessoa. In my opinion, one of the best features of the hotel was the quietness, the breakfast and the staff.
I was lodged in a superior room where the bed was formed by two single mattresses. This is not good because there is a division line very uncomfortable in the middle of the bed. This in-between gap is a painful detail that could be improved.

The hotel itself seems aged. The Intercity brand in Brazil is considered good. However it is better experienced in the South region of the country. That one in Joao Pessoa was not well maintained. The room is uncomfortable. Two single beds were merged to make it double. No protection for the mattress, table wood very aged, tv very small and the bathroom was not pleasant. The mold presented in the shower and ceiling was disgusting. There is not specific swimming pool service with a bar or order. So you are just there for yourself. The restaurant area very small and disorganized. Anyways very old and need a renovation. If you don’t care for comfort and want just a place to sleep and hit the beach go for it but the hotel is not meant for whose want to have a break and enjoying himself.
