Main desk service was impeccable, specially the assistance of the property manager. Breakfast was quite good. Go for the Tapiocas. Main area of Joao Pessoa, close to the best restaurantes and beaches.
A/C was not very powerful. We were never able to make the room cold, despite leaving it own the whole time.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and to the main recommended restaurants. The cost is fair to what it offers, and the breakfast is very varied, with fresh tapioca made just for you.
The building is quite old, so you notice that it demands some remodeling. But the beds and sheets are very good, as well as the shower, everything is clean, so it is not a problem.

Wonderful All You Can Eat Brekky, super close to the beach and eateries. Have the Tapioca with queijo coalho and shaved coconut with butter. Delish! Good Value. Free Parking which is hard to find in Brazil as there's always someone "watching the cars" on the streets so they don't get broken into, and you need to tip them. Try eating at Mundial.It's a different kind of hot dog, but it is delicious. Add all the condiments including mayo. ;)
