The location of the hotel was great since we came in town to see the Christmas tree lighting and boat parade. The room was set up nicely,enjoyed the large bathroom and flat screen tv We booked a handicap accessible room and were put in a regular deluxe room. The air conditioner froze at 1:00am and the maintenance man had to bring a fan to the room. The sheets on one of the beds had a huge dried blood stain. Requested a chair for the shower and it took 6 hours to get it. The cost of the items in the mini fridge are a joke $4.50 for a can of soda.
The pool was closed
Nice spacious rooms. Very clean and tidy. Windows needs cleaning. Noise travels easily from other rooms. Night light in room would be nice. Lacks USB ports. Entry drive not very well marked.
Only valet parking offered. The parking lot next to the hotel, which was not affiliated with Omni, was supposed to be $10/day max but we were charged $20 each morning when we were leaving the lot because "the time resets at midnight, therefore you are charged $10 till 12:00am and then $10 for this morning". The thermostat in our room did not work correctly. We reported it to the front desk, but upon our return to our room that evening we noticed that someone changed our fan setting from "auto" to "high" but the thermostat still did not read correctly and never cooled properly.
The only issue I had was that the front desk could not locate a key for the mini fridge so that we could use it.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic.
No helped is with our luggage when we arrived. Had to load, unload and wheel logguge cart ourselves. Someone's used razor left in shower. Used coffee cup in KIERIG machine. When leaving the next morning, there was a luggage valet guy and we were told that we HAD to use him instead of using the luggage cart ourselves. He loaded our luggage and took it outside, where he abandoned it on the curb and walked away. My fiancé was getting the car (we were instructed to park in next door lot instead of parking deck bc we were traveling with a kayak in top and was too big for garage heighth). While I'm standing by our luggage still sitting on rolling Cart outside of hotel, a valet guy pulls up a car then backs it up directly in front of me. I asked him if he could pull forward since my fiancé was pulling in right behind him. Instead of being helpful or moving the car, instead he just shrugged his shoulders and went to get another car. So we had to park on the other side and load all of our luggage ourselves (although plenty of staff seemed to be around except the actually luggage valet that we foolishly already gave a $15 tip too.! Very rude people here!
The location was great. Rooms very comfortable, excellent room service. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Parking, front entrance is a bit cramped.
Great hotel in a great location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was much better than expected from a hotel. The cocktail menu was fun and surprisingly creative. The rooms at the Omni were very clean and well appointed. The guys were great, but valet parking is just annoying.
Very pleasant to deal with, quick valet. All of the staff were very nice and respectful when dealing with customers. You felt as if they were all there to serve just you. Local points of interest aren't far at all either Everything was perfect
