Close to metro. 30 min to city centre by walking. Clean, despite of old old staffs =) TV has good channels!!
Hard relax coz of noise and thin walls. dark rooms. old old staffs all around. well-worn hostel. but for couple of nights is ok. maybe =)

This is located right next to a Chinese buffet that was only 7.5 euro and is only a very short walk from the Parque metro station. The double room was quite large with an individual bathroom.
The hot water never got completely hot, just luke warm. This might be a real problem during colder months.

Excellent price, very close to the metro. Waterbed!!! :)
The building is quite old, no English at the reception, no free wireless. Book at Pensao Residencial O Paradouro if you can. It's best in every aspect (except the waterbed) and has the same price.

“There was not breakfast at the accomodation, but was a supermarket 100 meter distance, from 8 till 22:30, with warm food too. The nearby was calm and clean. The public transport was very easy.”
“This place exceeded my expectations: the staff was really friendly; a useful 24h reception desk; they even have a "waking-up call" and they call you a taxi if we ask. The room was clean and nice (see photo), with clean towels. They have a vending machine at the entrance, which sometimes is convenient. The location is perfect to visit the city centre. I didn't take breakfast there.”
