Restaurant staff rude & unhelpfull. Reception unhelpfull.Decor and facilities in need of refurbishment. Rooms dull and uncomfortable, especially the beds. Staff in general unhelpfull and unpleasant. Would not recommend hotel.

A big black hair on my "clean" pillowcase; and the next day the breackfast wasnt very good, all the food was cold.

The hotel is a landmark itself and was the highest building of Spain for 5 years... Now still, the view on the 43rd floor is impressive. Our room was on the 31st, which was a joy both by day and night.

Brace yourself for mass-breakfast under tl lighting... Not really cosy. Due to bad weather we used the dinner 1 night in the hotel. Big disappointment, as all the food was overcooked in the buffet style heaters. (Outside the hotel enough better options for fresh and tasty dinner)

Room comfortable and clean, the food was good and there was a good choice available.

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Bar Staff and Buffet room Staff very rude, very hard to get served at the bar unless you were Spanish!! but yet they still expected to be tipped.
