Lovely rooms, well equipped, great staff, good breakfast, nice pool, convenient location next to sky train station.
Evening meal was a little too "nouvelle cuisine" for our simple tastes. Thai food would have been preferred.

Taxis from the hotel.The first driver stopped the meter soon after we got on, saying "this is holiday fee.", so we got off.And the second one claimed we needed to pay extra fee for him to return after we reached the airport though we told the door man about the firtst one and asked him to make sure to call a good driver that time. The woman clerk at the reception called a very honest friver on the first day so we think not every staff is unreliable. The swimming pool and Gym was said to be open until 1PM but we were made to leave before 10:30.The staffs clearly looked irritated to wait for us to get prepared.

I love this hotel as it s quit so close to shopping center and the room was so big. Luxury hotel with affordable value.
I didn't like the process between the hotel & agent. When I walked in the hotel with reservation document they know nothing about my booking as they said that they didn't received any informations about my booking after checked with system. It may caused by I booked the hotel before checked in at the same date (received booking no. on Dec 17, 2010 and checked in around 4 A.M. (+1 Day)) but shouldn't be happen and it should be update directly to the hotel. I had been waiting for them to check this for half-an hour and this made me mad and not satisfied to this process.Please take my case to improve your customer service. Thank you

The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The view from our room was amazing at night. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was great and there is a huge tub. The hotel had a nice outside pool and the common areas are modern and well kept. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the Ratchthewi Skytrain stop and just a couple stops from some very popular malls such as Siam Paragon and MBK.
The hotel does offer breakfast but it is quite costly compared to other restuarants in the area. There is a mini fridge in the room but it is filled with items that the hotel charges for - it didn't leave us any room to put in bottles of water.

I liked the hotel's design, which conveys elegance and serenity everywhere. The location, short walking distance from the shopping malls, adds to the comfort of anyone that desires to hop for shopping and retreat to the hotel for relaxing atmoshphere. Above all, the staff friendliness and hospitable attitude that turn the stay into a home away from home.
