The staff was extraordinary, very nice and great service with a touch of old fashioned grand hotels. Before leaving for our night-time flight we were able to use the spa facilities to freshen up. Superb!
The hotel got a little bit old, the facilities are still beautiful (marble bathroom) but the rooms and the sanitary facilities look a bit outdated (especially the toilet).

The view of the harbour-view rooms are just amazing. I have lived in HK for a long time, and didn't think I could still be impressed with the view on the HK skyline but I was. With a room on 12th floor we felt we were litterally floating on the water with the full view on HK island. I had a bit of an issue at the check in, but the staff fixed it and apologized to us once in our room which I thought was very nice.
The bed is super comfortable however it was squeaking at every move. Still we had a good night.

It’s a trip for only two of us, we have late check in and the front desk has done world class service. Before the trip start, they’ve contact us about the any special needs, offer transportation and set the goal to meet our expectation. We really enjoy the great service
Bathroom really needs remodel like some other’s command, the noise is loud. Also the TV set is outdated.
