The hotel is very charming, comfortable and with a very nice ambiance. Staff are able to speak many languages and always able to guide us through the gigantic place. Location as well is perfect. Between the Opera and the lake hence almost everything was in walking distance. Breakfast was also great with plenty of option of very fresh. Massage from the Spa was one of the best I got in Vietnam (~5-6) with finally a foot bath that many don't offer.
The coffee at breakfast was somehow either too light or too strong. The hotel is so huge that we got lost hence, signage would have been welcome. If we want to nitpick about (a little), swimming pool is a bit small and there is a smell of old furniture...

The hotel and it’s staff were amazing. They made my stay in Vietnam very easy and enjoyable! I really enjoyed the hotel tour as well. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very nice.
