The hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi, the rooms in general do not have any windows, but the rooms are nice, but a little dark, the breakfast is good and the staff are wonderful and helpful
the rooms are very dark and there are no facilities like a swimming or a gym

If in Hanoi, just stay here. The location is superb. The hotel is set back from the street so the rooms are very soothing and quiet. The manager went out of her way to make us feel welcome. There were rose petals on the bed when we arrived. A fruit basket, robes, slippers, water. Our room was upgraded and very large. DO NOT miss the breakfast. Upon checkout she gave us a goody bag of Vietnamese coffee and filter. I’m so sorry we didn’t stay longer!
Nothing, i will definitely stay here again when back in Hanoi, no brainer! Right smack in Old Quarter .
