I enjoyed very much the comfort of the beds, the design of the room ( The color blue is relaxing), the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, the shower and the personel located at the entrance of the hotel. There was always a welcome smile. ( Can not say the same about the reception staff on the first floor).

My main reservation is whih the staff of the reception. Young people that do not how to handle a client. 1- Arrived at the hotel aproximatelly and hour before check in time and I was charged 10 Euro for early check in. No that the 10 euro matter,it is a question of pure hospitaliy as the roow was ready to be occupied. 2- My room did not have a glass for water, when asked for one, I was given a terribly dirty one. 3- On the last day I did not have breakfast, ( Included on the reservation) I payed directly on the hotel, When asked, at 9 in the morning, if could have a refund, staff answered ( Since you booked with booking) I have to ask the reservation department for the refund. Again... It is not the 11 euros that matter, Is the common sense that is important.( Having paid at a hotel, and having the breakfast separate from the bill, what was the problem on giving a small refund? I had a reservation for 2 people in May 2020 for 4 nights and I cancelled it for a better alternative.

The staff was very friendly.

The Curtains were dirty. There was no room service.
