It was very clean. The view of the garden was nice.

First. The room i booked on booking.com was a category large. They tried to sneak me into a category loft room. At the same cost. Smaller room. Not as good features. Had to bring all my stuff back down and wait in lobby for the correct room, which they only had 1 room left available for what i ordered but with a water bed. But i have no complaints about the bed. It was very nice. Still wasted quite a bit of time. Second, when i got into the room it was so hot in the room i was sweating. The a/c barely blows. After an hour the temperature never dropped. So i had to open the windows just to get some cooler air. Third, after spending 30-45 minutes on the hotel tablet trying to order room service, reason it took long because the rooms tablet emptied my cart twice after losing internet the ordering feature was down when you finally get to the end to check out your order. After already being settled in and hungry. Had to get ready again and go out for food because i was already annoyed with the hotel at this point. And was not about to order pricey hotel food. 4th, after losing track of time i sort of wanted to drive... i believe the gates shut at like 6pm. Couldnt even drive away. Had to walk through a shady area of hamburg already hungry and pissed off to go get food i ordered... livid at this point. 5, free parking is not free parking “overnight”. I received an extra charge for parking when there is a clearly stated sign right outside the lot that says frei. Meaning free parking.
