The staff are very professional but warm and friendly. Great attention has been given to every detail of comfort and furnishing. Outlook over the Elbe with magnificent shipping passing by. One minute walk to bus stop with three buses per hour to centre of Hamburg. Immaculate comfortable and peaceful bedroom. Superb elegant and modern fitness suite with sauna. Wonderful breakfast and wonderful service.

+ Very friendly and professional team. Never lost a smile. + Breakfast Room was exceptional, possible to see Ships moving on the Elbe River + walk-in closet in the room was awesome + Atrium was beautiful + Bus station in the vicinity (only 2 stops to public ferry) + very high rooms
- It is loud if you don't get a room facing the river (very very busy street) - location is very decentral if you don't own a car. There is a bus station 100m away, but public transport can be challenging - Breakfast was diverse and of the highest quality but very expensive (34€) - Curtains could never close quite right, because of the large windows, it was never really dark therefore

A absolutely wonderful hotel. Very tastefully decorated, amazing for events and very child friendly. Truly a luxury hotel.
There was a some racist sculpture in the shopping windows in the underground tunnel - the staff did not know about the sculpture and were mortified when they found out.
