Room was very comfortable and quiet. Hotel is very well situated for the main shopping area and waterfront. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
Excellent location right in the centre of Gdansk, very friendly stuff. Highly recommend! Nothing
Hotel location, services, style No smoking areas in all the hotel parts
Great location. friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.
The location was perfect. The staff was so helpful. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast one of the best I have seen in a hotel with breakfast.
staff were very helpful, location great and rooms very comfortable - no criticisms or complaints.
staff help was high standard not bathroom needed maintenance, hair dryer didnt work
Very good service No spa and the price of the garage
Friendly staff and spacious rooms Small breakfast area, but good food.
The hotel is lovely and the location is terrifice. If I returned to Gdansk, I would definately stay there again. Abosolutely no complaints.
The Radisson blu is the best hotel i have stayed at.The staff are the best superb i would recommend this hotel to anyone first class.
Excellent beds and service. -
The location and price can't be beat. The room was small but stylish and clean. The bathroom was sizable and modern. The included breakfast was in a cute botique restaraunt, rather than stuck in the lobby as happens at other hotels. Very good value for money. There is no elevator -- could be a factor for older guests or guests with more luggage.
The rooms were new and well furnished. The staff was not very kind.
Beautifully decorated, small and homely. Friendly and informative staff. Good food and value breakfast. Located on one of the main streets for restuarants. Across from the cathedral and next to the police station. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel. There is no lift. We stayed on the second floor so this was not a problem.
Artus is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great location, nice and friendly staff, good breakfast - and the rooms are wonderful. I'm gonna stay there every time I visit Gdansk. The hotel didn't have maps to give out, and I found that a little odd.
The hotel is well designed, and in the center of the city. Excellent localization! Good conditions, well composed breakfast. The lack of the elevator. Some equipment lacks, e.g. the table lamp. The wi-fi was not delivered to the higher levels of the hotel. Misfunctional Sat-TV.
Up to date with spacious rooms and an excellent bathroom. A wide selection of polish delicatessen on the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Best of all the hotel is so close to the historical city center that one could crawl back after to much of the tasty local vodka's
close to the Old Town, nice room, nice staff there are stairs between reception desk and elevators - if you have a heavy bag, it may be quite difficult to walk through
breakfast offer is fantastic there is no bar at the hotel
It was very nice. Good breakfest. Nice personal. Helpful. Gdansk is a very interesting and charmful city. The rooms was very nice. It was very near the main-city, but still not to close. Very nice with "cooling" system in the rooms, nice climath controll. Maybe more tv-channels on English? And more stabile WIFI. I found an old sock from someone else under the bed.
Excellent buffet breakfast, friendly breakfast staff Lack of local knowledge.
modern, clean, warm and welcoming. it is in a good position near the old town. the staff were very efficient and friendly. i would have liked more information about gdanzk. ie a guide book. we was given a map which did help. we also picked up a free guide book from a bar which gave us a guided walk and gave us the history of the interesting buildings. i think that this information would have helped us on our short stay.
I like the hotel a lot, tha staff were very helpful and friendly. Although I had no time to do sights, but I can tell the Old Town is within walking distance. The wifi worked fine. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of soap/shower gel that was provided in the room (mine was single). Also, I think the price of breakfast (1/3 of the price of the room) was a little bit exaggerated and seemed another hidden extra cost of the room that is not listed on the website and that majority of people will pay anyway.
Noisy front side of the hotel, the breakfast room was full with a group of German tourists and I had to line up for 10-15 minutes.Groups should be put in a separate breakfast area.
Very nice, brand new hotel. Great value for money!! Splendid breakfast. Nothing
great location overlooking the river , quiet and close to the old city - all as stated on your web-site the decor was a bit dark and characterless
location and cleanliness
Great location, very clean and comfortable, pleasant staff.
General comfort Minimal English satelite TV
staff are very friendly. i have stayed there many times this year and they know you by name. and are most helpfull. nothing at all.
centrally located, abundant breakfast, free parking, free wireless internet connection very poor view if you are not on the river side
We liked hotel's location, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. We stayed one night only so it's impossible to comment.
The hotel had a very nice view. You could sit hours in front of the window and just relax and enjoy the view. It is close to all sightseeing attractions in Gdansk. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location. close to all shops, bars and resturants. staff couldn't have been more helpful
Highly comfortable, centraly located, excellent view on the central fairy tale-like square, a lot of pleasant touches on the interior and furniture. Friendly and helpful personnel, great breakfast. Very good value for money. Disliked nothing. Liked everything.
Spacious room, good breakfast, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff No air conditioning in bedroom
The location is excellent (close to all the interesting parts of Gdansk within the city center / and still not noisy). The furniture in the rooms seems fairly new. The rooms are well equipped. We liked the wide variety of the breakfast buffet. The members of staff are friendly. To go into your hotel room you have to go through a nice large room which looks like a bar, but is a restaurant. If coming back to the hotel after 10 p.m.it is nearly impossible to have a drink at the bar. We could understand that they do not want to serve meals after 10, but why should not there be a person who can sell the guests at least a drink or two before midnight. One night they made an exception for us, but not for the next guests who asked.
Location, right in the centre of Old Town, Cleanliness of Hotel, Staff were helpful and their English was second to none, Decor of bedrooms was amazing and most important the price of room per night was great value for money..
The room was huge! The decor was extremely well chosen. The finish in the workmanship was just amazing. Well done. The door to the hotel was not separate from the restaurant. There were two doors on each corner of the entrance lobby which was the restaurant... One for the hotel and one for the restaurant. Both opened often but the one for the hotel (why it was there I don't know) didn't have a curtained lobby like the one for the restaurant so a blast of cold air shot straight in. Putting one on both would be the easiest solution. Fantastic location. Stunning little hotel. Food was great too. Fussy eaters shouldn't travel!!!
The decor of the bedrooms were especially good and the staff were friendly, efficient and took great trouble to get us adaptor plugs which we had forgotten. They offered us breakfast at 3.30am and we feel the service they gave us surpassed all expectations and we would like our thanks to be passed on to them. We would stay here again it represented wonderful value for money. It was a real gem of a find in the heart of Gdansk.
Location could not have been better, right on the main sqaure. The rooms were lovely, really big and really well decorated. Restaurant downstairs had good apple pie! A bit noisy from the corridor but not enough to keep us awake. Breakfast was cold but we were late...
Starting with the exquisite location the reception staff were very friendly, courteous and efficient. The room was really beautiful. I travel 150 days a year and really appreciate finding a gem like this in a city I imagined to be very industrial. Although the windows were closed there was a lot of late night noise from the street below.
The location was fantastic, the food really nice and the staff very friendly and eager to help. All in all a very good weekend break and we would recommend the hotel and facilities every time.Well done Holland House.
it was a beautifully designed and furnished accomodation, with very friendly staff and good food. Perfect location in centre of Gdansk.
Hotel Gdansk is beautifully presented. When we were there there was an Autumn theme throughout which was lovely. Our room was clean, modern and well equipped and location couldn't have been better. Brilliant break. All great.
Great location. Microbrewery on site was an added bonus. Very comfortable beds, nice furnishings and decorations throughout. Surprisingly good food in the bar and restaurant. Rooms were a bit noisy, i.e. could hear the people in the room on the next floor walking around their room. Front desk staff were friendly but had no knowledge about things going on in the town. However, that would not deter me from staying here again.
Location, nice view, cosy hotelroom, very good restaurant, spa The girls at the spa was unprofessionals. Do not book spa-treatments after 17, because the girls will be tired of tourists at that time ;( !!
We liked the hotel very much. Only that our room was extremely hot (no air condition). At request we got a fan in our room. Air conditioning would be fine, but the hotel was in an old building, so maybe it is not possible. Otherwise everything was just fine.
Friendliest staff I´ve ever met, especially the older gentleman working as a porter and the waiters in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Ask for a room with a view to the old city. There are six floors but the elevator only goes to the 4th. Keep that in mind if you have any problems walking up the stairs.
First and above all the location and design, secondly nice and helpful staff (though they could be a bit faster during checking out ;). breakfast was fine, could be more cereals and they didn't have my favourite brand of yoghurt. Good value for money.
Very good arrangement and comfort
beautiful hotel, perfect for holiday and business, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Very friendly staff throughout hotel. The apartment was very nicely decorated (just like the rest of the hotel) and was very roomy. We had a wonderful view of the marina across the street and Old Town, a 5 minute walk away. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the attached brewery had great food and beer. We loved our stay there!
Good location near Old city (window view Old city), excellent hotel desigh, excellent breakfast, responsive personals, free parking.
The room seemed very sweet and convenient; the staff were mostly helpful and agreeable and all spoke many languages well. Room not ready at 16.30 - had to carry my luggage around for 50 minutes - 'quiet' room turned out to be extremely noisy all night, owing to drunks outside in the street, fireworks and grand finale of Dominican Fair. 1 very small bin.
Comfortable bed Difficult to take a shower without getting everything in the bathroom wet
Nice for my friend was overbooking
A good place. Near all important places in the old city. No need for transportation. I like very much the style of the Hotel. Small and Pleasent. No complaints.
Very nice hotel with special character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious'Barszcz Mnisi'.Innternet in the room for FREE! The choice of breakfest should be much greater.
Good Location : There is easy access to several sight seeing spots and the rail station.
Nothing exciting, but quite good. Really corresponds to three stars level. I`m satisfied with everithing. I forgot my earphones in the room, but it isn`t still returned to me, or staff doesn`t inform me in some way.
Generally comfortable and good value for money. Late night noise outside the hotel from young people in the street.
everything was fantastic...the location; staff; beds;room.... There was nothing negative about this hotel
Was very central, warm and clean. They only thing I didn't like was that the pay tv was not in my room as I thought. Which is not good if you have to stay in due to snow!
The hotel is very well situated in respect to the city center. The surroundings are reasonable quit regarding traffic noise. You get fine spacious rooms and an internet that works very good. The restaurant and bar is nice. All in all a very good place to stay.
Goog location- close to the Central Station, the center of the Old Town; clean, comfortable rooms, with separate toilet and bathroom; no smoking in the hotel (except some guest rooms); friendly staff; nice food. Very good choice No minibar in the room; breakfast a little bit to expensive however it was very nice
central position Room , although a superior room was booked, very small, had a seperate toilet from bathroom so had to come out of one ,opening doors etc beforte you could wash your hands. I did not experience this in any other Polish holel,
Big Double room. Expensive hotel for Poland, and the breakfast is not included.
Centrally located, standard of accommadation was excellent, and rooms very clean and tidy
A good if unfancy hotel, we often stay here when in Gdansk. It's a bit basic, but for a couple of days it's fine and it's got a good position.
location in city
I liked the location of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff on the front desk. N/A
Close to town centre and trains room prices where good Menu selection at eavning meals
Very friendly staff, very good location. It was perfect for our stay.
It's very comfortable hotel for big family. Useful to make trip in the city centre. It' s very criminal ration were locate this hotel. It' s will be very careful with our poket and bag.
The apartment we stayed in was actually a house, it was fantastic. We had a roof terrace and a perfect location. It was amazing.
Centrally located, private, quiet and comfortable for 4 to 6 people. The apartment was fully furnished-we had everything we needed. It was very close to the center of the old town in Gdansk.
the room was very modern, clean, and well equipped. the location in the middle of the old town was excellent Hotels should stop using duvets in hot weather, even thin ones. A sheet and one or two blankets would be better
The staff were very friendly. The room was tasteful and comfortable. The wireless internet was fast. Breakfast was better than at other Polish hotels I have stayed at. The location was perfect. Nothing, although I would have liked an individual expresso machine in my room, as some hotels have. There was no elevator, but that was not a problem for me, even on the second floor.
location, great place to stay no elevator
Great value, really nice apartment, spacious. Right in the heart of Gdansk, just one minute walk from everything you need, was surprised a apartment this cheap and good was in the centre of town. I will be staying here again when I go back in a few months. No fridge in room, but that was the only minor negative.
It was in a fantastic location - right next to the old town. We had a large apartment that easily accommodated our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The staff at the desk were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. I thought the apartments were modern - and the photos indicated this. I do think the smaller apartments have modern furnishings, but perhaps not the larger ones. Our apartment was furnished in "old polish style" which didn't appeal to me, but might appeal to others.
There was nothing on our information or signage for this hotel to say that it was part of Pica Paca Hotel so had difficulty finding it. Access generally was complicated. Many steps and no lift.
Price, location, air conditioning, helpful staff, mini fridge, good shower. Stores right nearby. Duvets. Never gonna get a good night's sleep with a heavy duvet. Wake up sweating. Throw off duvet. Wake up freezing. Put on duvet. Repeat ten times per night.
The location is great - you are a 2 minute walk away from Old Town Gdansk, but not in it so you don't have to deal with driving around pedestrian-only streets. The room was warm enough, the shower was hot and had good water pressure, and we appreciated that breakfast was included. We arrived in the middle of the night, but someone was available to check us in after we rang the doorbell. The space was a little cramped, so for instance the shower door couldn't open all the way. Hot foods were running out by the time we came down to breakfast at 9:45 and were not replenished. We also had some trouble with the digital lock on the room - we had to wave the card in front of it many times to get it to work properly and open.
first of all: very private and cosy atmosphere; exilent services, well oraganized, central to the old city, even so - calm; beautiful building, well equipped and tasteful furniture in the rooms, modern bathrooms
The hotel is ideally located, just a few steps away from the inner city and all the tourist places. The car could be parked safely right in front of the door. The place is new, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The owner who speaks English very well worked as receptionist and was extremly helpful with recommendations and general insight. The price was great for a place of this quality. The breakfast room has no windows.
Frindly staff, excellent location The beds could be more confortable
good location, close to old town, comfortable rooms
Our hotel room was modern, clean and quiet. The hotel is a walk of around 25 minutes from the main railway station. It is easiest to go by tram (no. 8) if you have luggage to carry. The trams go from outside the railway station, and there is a stop (Chmielna) just two minutes' walk from the hotel.
Excellent location for access to old town, friendly helpful reception, large room, acceptable breakfast. Poor view from window (over WWII bomb site).
Great new place, nice design details, greath bathroom with roof windows. Very polite and helpful owner. Few min to main city attractions.
bed do not have lift
Location. Close to Old Town, Long Market. Lots of opportunities to spend good time in the downtown. Hotel is newly opened, clean and pleasant. Breakfasts (poor choice and variety, no hot meals). Was not able to pay credit card in spite of information on Booking.com website. Need to have good gps navigation to get there (access to the hotel is very tough).
Good location. Our room was in another building than the reception and breakfastroom. They did not wash the room and did not change the towels during those five nights we stayed there. (This could be okey if the price was lower!)
